I don???t ever write reviews on anything but I felt this needed to be said. My sales man great (Jason) but when it came time to see the finance guy that was a different story. That guy was a total xxxxx!!! He was so rude that I just about got up and walked out. I will not ever buy another vechile using this finance guy that???s for sure. Then when I get the truck the mats that were in the truck are now missing. What kind of business let???s their employees take items from the cars they are cleaning.

The Ford F-350 is all the truck you need for everything. Has tons of pulling power and also luxury inside. This truck is very comfortable and room for all. If you need a truck call Aaron. You will not be disappointed.
The Service Advisor was very professional and pleasant. Even though my visit was for an oil change, he was very attentive when I asked him additional questions regarding my Jeep. I was very pleased.

Constantly at dealer. Flatbed twice. 35000 miles for latest issue . Sensor(s) went between gas tanks and cut off engine at 55 mph on highway. Filled up tanks night before but only took 8 gallons. Read 6 miles to empty. No one told me car has two tanks and must be kept even. Dealer said to ignore dash. Car at dealer for a week.
Replaced wipers 4 x. Horrible shaking when on. Went to Advanced auto parts. Bought better quality wipers. Great customer service, great wipers.
Flatbed again. Battery dead at 35k. Cell in battery went. My insurance went up $20 a month!!! due to calling roadside service. Not my fault.
Oil changed every 5k miles as told. Tires worn to nothing left . Michelin - never have them again. 35k and tires are shot. Trim falling off roof. Dealer wants me to pay $178 for one side alone,!
I am so unhappy with this Taurus. More like a walrus. Bought this car at 5k miles. Colonial Ford, Danbury CT nice staff.
Joseph Bass was my Mercedes Representative and he made sure everything was taken care of. I would buy from him again!

I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid in February 2018. At first I really liked the car. Then I started running into problems with Ford Sync and the sound system.
After working fine a few weeks Sync started intermittently crashing.
The car currently won't play any sound from my phone, whether on calls or media, on Bluetooth or direct line in.
The phone and car indicate that Bluetooth is connected it shows the track or call on the cars display but no sound will play.
The radio CD and satellite radio play fine.
I've tried sync resets master reset factory default reset and pulling the battery cable with no luck.
This is a massively frustrating problem and makes me hate this car. I liked being able to listen to podcasts or use my phone seamlessly and handsfree while driving
I'm never owning a piece of junk Ford again.
I just bought a 2016 Mazda6 Touring from Jeremy and I could not be happier with my new car or the service I received. Jeremy is not pushy, he answered all of my questions, and was available when I needed him. Kyle and Cassidy were also incredibly quick with the financing and paperwork side of things. We found a vehicle on Cars.com we were very interested in, so we went to take it for a drive. The salesman was new but very nice. We drove it and decided we wanted to buy it. We made an offer, and the salesman went to see if it would be approved by a manager. He came back, put a piece of paper down on the desk, and said, “This is the price”. We told him that was too much. Instead of negotiating or escorting us to the door and thanking us for coming in, he just quickly walked away! Rude! We will never go back there!

Lots of room for anything. Interiors are comfortable and clean. The v8 has ton of power and it sounds like a dream. Not bad on gas considering it’s a big truck. Can tow just about anything, and comfy enough to put my two toddlers in it every day.
I took a friend to look at a vehicle, we made it very clear we were just looking at this time, they wouldn't take no for answer about having her phone number and even though they said not to worry they wouldn't call to bother her about it she has been called 3 times in less than a week. Much too pushy and makes me feel like this dealership is not trustworthy to upholding their word. If left alone she may well have gone back there. Another dealership in the same city has totally respected her wishes.

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.
Love the new facility! So nice and clean. Very nice waiting area and love that you can see right into the shop. Even a separate waiting area for the kids to play.
V4 is a pouch, go for the V6

Test drove both the V4 with turbos, don't bother...it's too big of a vehicle and takes 10 years to get up to highway speed. The V6 is much better fit for the size. Very roomy, excellent cargo space. Plenty of leg room in the back seat. I took out the SEL and Titanium and the leather is sharp and nav is easy to use. Prices seem very reasonable for the options you get. My only watch out is that this is a SUV not a cross over. Felt more like my husbands F150 than my Rav4.

Navigation and options are great. Fordpass app is great for scheduling engine starts and diagnostics. 4 cylinder turbo with auto stop is good for emissions and gas savings
I have purchased several cars from Ridgeland Auto World. They always do a great job. Very courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. I have complete confidence in them. They make buying a preowned car very attractive. The prices are competitive. I would highly recommend Ridgeland Auto World.

Bought it used from Carmax had 31,000 miles 4 months later won’t start now has 35,000 miles got towed to dealer and of course it’s not the fuel pump because that is covered under warranty it’s the electric module that makes fuel pump work . So now I have to pay 3 00.00 some dollars. But yet I see all kind of people posting about this part really Ford . First Ford Never again back to Chevrolet
My husband and I worked with TJ when we bought my car and we knew we wanted to go back to him! He is personable, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for us. He even came in on HIS day off to help us buy our newest car! We appreciate him and all the employees at Patty Peck! We plan on being with them for a long time!!

Is a great sized SUV. Bigger than the compact suvs, but not a monster. Gets great gas mileage, handles well, easy to park and maneuver. Wonderful for a family with a dog, plenty of cargo room for luggage and out 70lb dog. Look forward to having this Edge for years.
This was the best car buying experience I???ve ever had. I???ve been trying to get together with Kristie Weaver for a couple of years on a vehicle. We have been texting back and forth but I wasn???t ready to buy. When I sent in the online application in she text me and it was like I was talking to a friend.

This truck has so much leg room. The panoramic sunroof is so amazing. Very pleased with this vehicle and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Fast, friendly, and professional. I came in later in the day to get an oil change, and it was done quickly.
