I was visiting Ripon from out of town when I had the misfortune of having a punctured tire on my BMW. I showed up at the service department without an appointment asking for help with my plight. I was immediately greeted at the service door, and the Service Manager, Chad Campbell, got me in right away. In less than 30 minutes I was back on the road. I commend Homan Ford and Chad Campbell for exemplifying what customer service is all about. Thank you so very much for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
Very pleased with their work.... Kept me informed the whole time... Price was about what I expected, I was hoping it would come in cheaper... But I think it was very fair. The important thing is, the work was done correctly.
I called Barb in Service and told her my remote died on my car and could not open or close my doors. I tried replacing the batteries and nothing. She got me in right away to have it looked it. The tech. reprogrammed my existing remote as well as programmed a new one and everything worked again.
I have always dealt with Barb. at the dealer in Service because she takes great care of me and my car. Never a hassle, always up front and is the greatest in my book and why I always go back for any work my car needs. She is my go too person for everything and is the best.

Great customer service! We told our salesman what we were looking for, gave us options that fit our needs and budget. He was right on, they were all great!! Once we decided on the one we were driving home, it was a very easy and quick process. This is our fourth vehicle from this dealership, every experience has been this wonderful. We will definitely be back in the future when it's time to trade in for newer or vehicle needs change.
This place is excellent! We had a HUGE problem with another local Ford dealer, not Bergstrom owned, and Ford Bergstrom in Neenah stepped up to help us out in any way they could. Specifically Mark (service manager) and Rick in sales. Both excellent, professional, and great to work with! I cannot say enough good things about how things were handled from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I recently purchased a new Expedition after the AC went out in my Van. I called up and visited with one of the Salesmen over the phone to see what they had in stock that might fit my needs. We went in with the kids and ended up taking the vehicle home with us that afternoon after they got everything all ready for us. The Salesman even came out to the house to help put the finishing touches on a few minor items that we were having some trouble with.
Hands down the easiest and best experience that we have ever had in buying a car.
Will definitely go to them the next time I am looking for another vehicle.
We were visiting for service on our present vehicles. The Lynch staff had expressed interest in our 2015 Terrain for their used car inventory. After a good trade-in offer was made to us, we started looking for a new vehicle. Several good options were presented to us including 2019 and 2018 vehicles. Alex and the Lynch staff were friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. Alex came in on his day off to complete the process. We are happy with our purchase of a 2018 Terrain.
