Brandon Garcia was nothing but amazing! He answered all my questions, ALWAYS returned my calls, and made my purchase a breeze. I would highly recommend him and the dealership! The finance dept was quick and had paperwork ready for me to sign, so there was no waiting!
Great sales and customer service. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. The price on the vehicle was very fair right off the bat so I enjoyed not having to haggle. They were also very accommodating when I made some last minute changes. Would definitely recommend going out there even if it's a bit of a drive from where you are as it was for me.
I bought a Navigator in Albuquerque and had an after market dvd installed, Driving down to Llano today it just fell out of the ceiling. I drove to Marble Falls to see if they could help me out, I don’t think they had seen anything installed so badly. They were able to put in back up in the ceiling for me. The guys were very helpful and I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them.
We had a flat tire on a road trip. Called Junis at Johnson Sewell Quick Lane before we arrived at the dealership and she had a new tire and all the paperwork done when we arrived. They replaced the tire and we were back on the road in under an hour. Fantastic service & attention!
Kyle and Brandon were amazing at helping me with my car purchase. I set them up with expectations that I wanted to get in and get out as quickly as possible, and they exceeded those expectations. I was surprised when I was driving my new vehicle, and I saw I had been there less than an hour. Every time I had a question that I thought they would have a tough time answering, they were very forthcoming and didn’t make me feel like they were trying to get one on me. Zero hassle in pricing and trade value and I left the dealership knowing I got an amazing deal. The short amount of time I did have to wait, the waiting area was nice and comfortable. Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
We worked with Michael one month ago and came back yesterday and he assisted us perfectly as if no time had passed, no presssure sale and just a fun guy to talk with during the wait, he was patient and went over ever aspect of the sale, he is a great asset to elder and we will recommmend him to anyone looking for a great car and dealership.
Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!
My daughter referred me to see Freddy at Toyota of Cedar Park and I'm so glad I did. Overall Very satisfied with my visit. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Would highly recommend!!! Customer service is 5+ Stars!
Found this dealership and the car through cars.com. It was a remote buying experience for me but they took the time to answer all my questions including a thorough look through and video of the car as well. My buying experience was positive even though I was located in a different city
