Painless process. Mr. Hunt was the salesman and was well prepared. After the purchase, Mr, Hunt actually delivered the vehicle to my residence. I would purchase another vehicle from them, and recommend Academy to my associates.
After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Can’t say enough what a great experience we had shopping at Crouse Ford Taneytown, MD and purchasing our King Ranch truck . Lewis Drake was the perfect salesman and had the entire deal done in no time at all. Not pushy, listened to what we were looking for , didn’t push other vehicles on us and had one waiting and warmed up to climb into! From my initial phone call speaking to Mr. Brown to the end of the night working with Debbie and getting the 0% financing I could not have wished for a better experience. I just want everyone to know, KYLE is amazing. He is on top of any car troubles,warranties etc. I've never had issues dealing with him, i have had some issues with my ford explorer, and he has been very professional and courteous, and consumes his day around your vehicle and time. He will fit you in, and give you a reasonable timeline for your vehicle. I leased a Focus from Brady at Crouse Ford. At the time he had told me they hadn't done many lease deals. Could have fooled me. He gave me a great price, and everything went very smoothly from the beginning of the lease until the end.
Can't help feeling they took advantage of my elderly relative, who is on a fixed income. The dealer overcharged on a vehicle being phased out; grossly overstated the deficiencies of a trade-in car; and offered a fraction of the used car's retail value. Polite people, but buyer beware. If family or friends are considering a purchase at Crouse Ford, tag along and offer your support. Then again, perhaps this is always the case when buying a car (especially at a dealership ... they're "professional pressure-ers.")

I just recently had my wife’s 2003 Expedition in for service, and could not have been more pleased with the customer service, and quality of repair we received. For someone like myself who does all of his own mechanical work, I was leery to trust someone else with the vehicle. With the 5.4L Triton, I was concerned that I would not be able to get the spark plugs replaced in a timely manner because with this particular engine, spark plug removal tends to be an issue. I contacted Crouse Ford based on good things I had heard about their shop, and after speaking with Chuck in service I was confident that they would be able to get the job done right and at a reasonable price. Along with the spark plugs being changed, they also took care of a few old hoses and a fuel filter that needed replaced after calling me for the OK. Even with the additional work that was done, the cost came out to lower than the original quoted price for the spark plug job. I would definitely recommend Crouse Ford’s service department for all of your repair needs!
