Rick Oster is incredible!!

When my fiance expressed how much he wanted to have an F-150, I knew the person I needed to contact and that was Rick Oster. I have known Rick personally and professionally for many years and if there was anyone that I knew that would look out for our best interest, it would be him. I had bought an F-150 from Duval Ford back in 2005 and it was probably one of the worse experiences I had ever had buying a vehicle in my life. Beginning with the mgr who sold it to me making all these promises on getting things fixed with it being used. THANKFULLY, I had the yellow slip filled out and signed by him because the same day I drove off with it, he had gotten a DUI the same night. Then driving it around for almost a month without finalizing the deal was even more of a joke. I had to call the finance mgr at the time to ask when could I come in and finish it as I was getting nervous. Once I did go in, my payment was NOT what I was told it would be but what was I going to do, I had already had it for a month. Then came the yellow slip.......that took almost another 8 months to get completed. Long story short....I had said that I would NEVER buy another Ford product ever again and I would tell everyone I knew to NEVER go to DUVAL FORD. Back in 2012, Rick restored my faith in buying a car when I went to where he was at and purchased a car from him. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of. So, now with going against what I had originally said, I went to see Rick. Once again, he did what he does best and that is making sure that you are taken care of from beginning to end. We not only bought a 2018 F-150 on the 11th of June but also purchased me a new 2018 Ford Focus SEL. I wish I could say that I went to Murray Ford because it was a Ford dealership but then I would not be honest. We went because of Rick Oster. He knows his stuff!!!! Makes it happen and anyone that has bought from him can most definitely tell that he genuinely cares about his customers. It's just not about "making a bunch of promises and not fulfilling them". We also purchased gap, service maintenance and extended warranties on both vehicles as we completely trust that Rick has OUR best interest. We haven't heard from the dealership Thanking us for our purchase BUT we have heard from Rick THANKING us for choosing Murray and for purchasing not one but TWO vehicles.
