I can count on realistic estimates of the duration of the visit which speaks to my team's experience. If I decide to wait for the car, the sales floor has a nice waiting area. If I needed to go elsewhere, e.g. lunch, they provide a ride for me. The team knows what it's doing and makes sure that I know it too.

Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda review
We have purchased two vehicles from this Mazda dealership, most recently a 2026 Mazda3 for my son Matthew, and we have always received excellent service from René Quiñones. René offered us a very competitive APR and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Once the financing was approved, he personally walked us through every detail of the vehicle and patiently answered all of our questions. We are very satisfied with our experience, and when it is time to purchase another vehicle, we will definitely consider coming back here. Arturo M

Jerry McDuffie has always been a pleasure to work with. Our family and friends have purchased several cars from him over the last 20 years. He always gives you a fair deal and takes the time to make sure you get the car that is right for you. He is very patient in dealing with us seniors who can be technically challenged about some of the new car features on today's modern cars. I highly recommend Jerry for anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Midway DodgeReviews
Midway Dodge review
I was referred to Midway Dodge by my brother. He has purchased about 3 cars from here and never had an issue with any of them. I was skeptical but he insisted it was a hassle free place to shop and everyone treats him like family here. He was right! I spoke with Teresa who was great and made me feel comfortable about coming in and then I worked with Edgar Garcia. He was very straight forward and I appreciated his honesty. I recommend this dealership for buyers with less than perfect credit as well as excellent credit. Thank you guys!

I am not a fan of car dealerships and have never really had a good experience. Enzo was helpful, to the point, and worked quickly to get exactly what I wanted. The financial department worked with me to get the best possible rate with a few extras. I highly recommend Mazda in schaumburg as it was the best experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle.

CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood)Reviews
CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving
