CarMax CharlestonReviews
CarMax Charleston review
Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.
2023 Genesis GV80 review
The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

CarMax Augusta review
I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.
2025 Genesis GV80 review
We have owned our 2025 GV80 for over a year and have never had a problem with it. Love the look, the feel and the reliability. The gas mileage has been awesome. Traded my Q5 in for this and haven’t looked back. The dealer in KC is the absolute BEST!!!

My car was taken in 5 minutes before the appointment. Oil change and 2 recalls were completed a half hour sooner than told. All in all, a great experience! Dequan was attentive and professional!

Excellent communication. Was looking to purchase a used car online and Robert answered all my questions on a timely manner.
2024 Genesis GV80 review
I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Acura of Milford review
Picked up a new Acura today. John K. is our salesman and Mike is the manager. Major, major thank you's to both of them and to all the people at Acura Milford. Truthfully, this has been the smoothest car-buying experience I've encountered. These guys are honest and know the product. Pricing is fair as well. Thank you for a great process.

Bergen Car Company, Inc. review
Bergen Car Company, Inc. made the overall process feel simple and manageable. The staff was helpful and professional, and they communicated clearly along the way. I appreciated their patience and willingness to explain the details. It was a positive experience, and I would recommend them to other customers.
2025 Genesis GV80 review
Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

The service here is amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming, I definitely recommend!
2026 Genesis GV80 review
Beautiful inside and out. Outstanding value for the price point. The car makes you feel both comfortable and proud. When in “comfort” mode, you know it’s made for the cruise road trip compared to the more responsive European competitors, however a large portion of that can be made up with driving in sport mode. You do, of course, give up fuel economy to get there, guess it depends on what you want. I have driven BMWs or Audis (9 different cars over the last 20 years, all new when purchased) and I have absolutely no regrets in buying the GV80. The car is wonderful from top to bottom. It is a true competitor to its European rivals and wins in many, many categories

Overall it was a good experience. Price listed on cars.com was honored and description was also accurate. If they were little flexible While negotiating contact price I would have given them 5star rating.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Galaxy Toyota review
I typically don't write reviews but I thought this was a good occasion to write one. George Mankarious helped my girlfriends son lease a new Toyota Tacoma 2023. The experience was nice and easy and very professional and took the stress out of such a transaction. The rest of the staff including Micheal and Ozzie were equally impressive and made the experience pleasurable. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family knowing they are in good hands
2025 Genesis GV80 review
This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

🚘💭I got a good car, at a good price all thanks to ASHLEY! I LOVE the customer service. I really appreciate the effort that they put in to making the sale happen, and getting my credit approved. I am happy with the car. I am happy with the price. Now, my credit is better than it was before, and even new credit cards are being approved! Thank you :) 💳 I spoke with the competitors after the fact, and they confirmed that I got a good deal. They admitted that they would have charged me more! Also, they might not have even approved me to begin with.
2021 Genesis GV80 review
Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.
