Kia of Fort Myers review
I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.
2024 Genesis GV80 review
I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

2023 Genesis GV70 review
I have now owned and driven my 2023 GV70 3.5T Sport for 3-1/2 years. My previous cars included 3 Audi Q5’s, a Mercedes GLE and GLS. I can honestly say my GV70 is my favorite by far. While I initially loved the Q5’s, my third, a 2023, was such a disappointment I kept it for only 450 miles before trading it for a then-new GV70. Yes, that as a financial catastrophe, but it turned out to be a great decision. I have since been rewarded with over 3 years of pleasurable and trouble-free driving. (My vehicle has been the subject of one recall, but mine was not an affected car). Has my dealer service experience been good? YES! (Perhaps I’m fortunate to have a great Bay Area dealer). Would I buy another? YES! In fact, I just purchased a brand new G90!

Hi guys, my name is Edmund. A. I’ve been dealing with Sofia Jones from Fort Myers Mazda very early this morning and she’s been absolutely awesome. Besides being friendly, professional and knowledgeable, she was able to give me all the information I was searching on the Vehicle that I’m about to purchase. I have to tell you without Sofia being in there. I don’t think I would’ve made the purchase She’s a great asset to Fort Myers Mazda dealership. If I could I would take her to my company … Her personality is just perfect for this line of work thank you Sofia for all your help

2024 Genesis GV60 review
The design was definitely focused on luxury sport. Many new technologies are included on the exterior and interior. Facial recognition for entry without a key has performed perfectly. Fingerprint reader for starting vehicle without key needs updating on a regular basis. …? Interior on standard model is above most and layout is near perfect. Backseat suffers a bit for longer legs. While others have complained about cargo area, I’ve never had an issue. This is, however, a two person household. Speed is more than adequate but advanced models will throw you back into the seats and wish the speed limit was 100. 0-60 - who cares? No one drives 0-60! Well, except reviewers!!! 2 recalls, minor. 1 repair, handle. ABOVE AVERAGE. (And the rotating orb selector predicted to be troublesome… Never had a single glitch.😉)

GENESIS OF NAPLES review
Car was not ready when promised but management quickly offered to make things right. You can trust them to do the right thing.
2022 Genesis GV70 review
I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update. The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota review
A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.

Venice Toyota review
Their online presence was good. Their response to my inquiry was pretty quick. I thought we had a deal until additional fees and sales taxes (I was an out of state buyer) could not be explained to my satisfaction. There was a difference between what my county here in Colorado was stating should be charged and what the dealer’s software was calculating: approximately $2000. While they were attempting to get adequate explanations, another buyer came forward, car was sold, they advised. So I went on. They re-contacted me as their buyer could not get financed. So we restarted. I asked for a video of the vehicle. The sales person advised he was not going to do the video because the Sequoia was sold. I advised I had been told the deal blew up. He wasn’t going to video until he knew. We agreed to disagree. I moved on with my search, ultimately purchasing a 2021 Night Shade Limited with 27k miles recently.

Naples MazdaReviews
Naples Mazda review
We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

Mercedes of Naples has the best customer service of any dealership that I have been to and their service department was extremely helpful and thorough
2024 Genesis GV70 review
Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Currently waiting on a factory recall that has no fix yet. Car performs well. Service center has not been the best on occasion. Wait time has been relatively long because of long lines of cars waiting for service.

Audi SarasotaReviews
Audi Sarasota review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tom at Audi Sarasota! Over the weekend, I was visiting my dad in Tampa when I came across a Mustang GT online that matched the specs of one I had been searching for back home in Texas. I reached out to Audi Sarasota and had the pleasure of speaking with Tom, who invited my dad and me to come down and take a look at the Mustang. From beginning to end, the entire experience was seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. There were no surprise dealer add ons or last minute games. The advertised price was the price you paid, plus the normal dealer documentation fee and taxes. That alone was refreshing! Even better, the Mustang was exactly as described online and on Cars.com. The car was mint, clearly well cared for, and there were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived. When it came time for financing, Jake was also amazing to work with. He was extremely transparent throughout the process, helped us secure financing, and handled the additional details needed to register the vehicle out of state in Texas. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured. Tom went above and beyond even after the sale. Since I needed the Mustang shipped from Florida to Texas, he helped coordinate the transportation and continually checked in to make sure the pickup was scheduled correctly. Once the vehicle was loaded, Tom even sent me pictures of the Mustang and the transport truck and kept me updated throughout the process. That level of communication and follow through made buying a vehicle from another state incredibly easy. What really stood out was how personable everyone was. Tom, Jake and James at Audi Sarasota even gave my dad and I some restaurant recommendations while we were in the area! It felt much more like dealing with people who genuinely wanted us to have a great experience than simply completing another car sale. This was easily one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases I've had. If you're looking for a vehicle at Audi Sarasota, ask for Tom. Between his communication, transparency, attention to detail, and willingness to help before, during, and after the sale, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tom, Jake, James, and the entire Audi Sarasota team! Highly recommended.

2025 Genesis GV70 review
Bought my GV70 with 2000 miles on it and it was no different than a new one. I love it very much for my first high end SUV. I'm still learning all the stuff inside but it makes it more exciting to learn. It is just as quick as the 3.5 and the power is great for me with the 2.5 turbo engine with 300HP is enough for me. Very cool looking too. I'm going to say that the Milford Genesis dealership has been great 👍 Evan is always polite and very professional and he always has a smile when he greets me.
