D & P Auto Sales review
I’ve bought two cars from D&P Auto, and when I need another one, I’ll definitely go back. Before finding D&P, I found car shopping really stressful. Used cars can feel overwhelming with all the different mileage, history, condition, pricing, and versions out there, and I never felt confident that I knew if I was making the right decision. D&P was recommended to me because of their excellent reputation in the community, and they completely lived up to it. Phil, Nick, and Terry were honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured, which meant a lot to me. They clearly take pride in the cars they sell and go above and beyond in getting them ready for their customers. Their warranty also gave me extra peace of mind. Roberta was very helpful with financing options and made that part of the process much easier too. What I like most is that I can tell them my budget and what I need, and trust them to help me find the right fit. I’m not a person who wants to compare every detail of every car — I just want the best quality for my money — and that’s exactly why I keep going back. Family-owned, trustworthy, and professional. I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
