Justin fits the role of an automobile advisor, not what we typically think of when we think car salesman. He is a straight shooter and open and honest hroughout the whole car buying process. We never felt pressured, we felt supported through our decision. He spent hours with us explaining the leasing versus buying and never once did we feel rushed or an inconvenience. Then after we purschssed the car he took a great deal of time going through all the features of the Jeep. He also assured us that he wasn???t just our advisor through this purchase, but also throughout the entire time we have the vehicle until our purchase. We???ve owned the car for 5 days and we know for sure we our Jeep owners and customers of Justin???s for life.
Very helpful and courteous. Even called me back promptly to help me and answer my questions. The Lady even told me to call back when I was ready to buy. She was very polite and friendly. I liked that she was not not pushy.

Every time I go there it takes more time than it needs to. Next time I need to take my pillow and blanket. Oil change one hour and forty five min. People walking around not doing anything and you ask a question and they have to finish their drink first. I have been there 4 times and I always hope it gets better. I will try to find somewhere else next time. I have had surgeries that took less time.
The follow up emails and calls after my inquiry were perfect balanced between informational without being "pushy". They even called to let me know the car had sold (which was great as I live a couple hours away) but that they had a similar one in stock and sent me details. I had two brother in laws helping me with my search and this dealership impressed all three of us!!
I spoke with Dakota after calling to get a car. He was immediately friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make my visit as stress free as possible! I do not feel like they took advantage of me and the sale price was fair for the new vehicle I purchased. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and she kept my 3 year old busy so I could focus on my paperwork. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to call Dakota!

I do not own a Buick or GMC, I own a Jeep. Whole down in Indiana from Michigan my Jeep's head gasket needed to be replaced. The jeep only has 73,000 miles on it so Mike in the service department called and was an advocate for me by calling the local Dodge / Jeep dealer to see if they would fix this problem. Jeep / Dodge would not help at all even though the car had under the 100,000 mile warranty (but was over by 3 months). Matthews GMC fixed my car and gave me a GREAT price. Even though I live out of state, they went the extra mile. They know that a are dealer just doesn't sell cars, but is a continuos relationship with the customer long after the car is delivered. If I lived in Indiana and was looking for a car - Matthews Buick GMC would be my first stop.
