I had an issue with my truck and didn?t know what it was, but I did know that my family was taking a road trip in about a month. The Ford dealership closest to me (Huntersville) couldn?t get me in for 3 months, so I looked around Charlotte. Mark Ficken was convenient because it?s close to 485 and I could go up South Blvd. to uptown and get to work. Also they got me scheduled in less than a week! The service associate was very responsive, clear, and helpful. I loved the app that texted me details and let me confirm that I wanted them to order the necessary parts so that I could get my truck back as soon as possible. We?re heading out of town this weekend and I feel relaxed knowing that my truck is in great shape. I?ll be back for all my service needs!

I love how the truck pulls and rides when towing. It will give any driver the confidence to tow anywhere. I haven't had a single issue with it. I love the way it looks and couldn't be happier.

Found a great car and purchased it. Took almost 8 weeks and 4 delivery date cancellations to finally get it . That being said the delivery person was great and the vehicle was even greater! I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

If you need a new Ford you have to go down to Huntersville Ford, where they know how to look after you. They have good prices on their new cars....no hidden costs just discounted sticker prices. This truck meets all of my need, towing my horse trailer hauling hay towing my dump wagon. Has plenty of power for towing up and down the mountains.

Truck was bought specifically to our travel trailer. We have to wait for 1000 break in before we can tow the trailer. So far the truck is very quiet, smooth running, & comfortable to drive. We were pleasantly surprised at how much interior storage space is available. Having the bed steps before rear tires and in the bumper sides is very nice. Bed rails are even with my shoulders so the steps get used a lot.

First diesel, excellent fuel mileage, much more comfortable and roomy compared to my previous 2016 GMC 2500 New mirror location does pose issue with seeing people or cars (blind spot) Overall extremely pleased
