My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Scott Clark Honda. We had concerns because we were purchasing a preowned vehicle for our twins, and the first time going the preowned route. Our salesman Anthony, was an amazing professional, and gave us piece of mind about our decision going for a preowned. The vehicle had a minor issue, and Anthony assured us that the issue would be rectified. I met Paul, one of the service advised, and he was amazing. He took control of the service issue we had. Paul set an appointment date, and he, I and the tech assigned to our case went for a test drive to identify the issue. Issue was identified by the tech, and Paul had the vehicle moved to their sister store to have repair done.

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

I've owned my truck for nine years now it is never once let me down. I'm about to put my first set a tires on it and brakes other than that I don't plan on getting rid of it it's never let me down and after reading all the other reviews it makes me realize they don't make them like they used to as they used too!

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

Love everything about this Duramax Denali except the fuel mileage. 13-14 Mpg tops when not towing. Bought truck cause previous was stolen. Wish I still had my 6.2 High Country!

A couple years ago I experienced my quickest time at a dealership. It was a used car lot and I was in and out in less than an hour. Woo hoo right? Thankfully nothing happened to my vehicle after I left. I had that vehicle for 2 years until I traded it in at a Hendrix dealership. I expected the vehicle that I got to be in near perfect condition, but it wasn't. During the test drive I didn't notice that a light was flashing on the instrument panel, it was for the forward collision sensor and I assume that's why cruise control wouldn't activate either. After reporting what was going on, in less than 24 hours my Product Specialist, Jacob Moldovan, brought me a loaner vehicle yesterday from Charlotte to Winston-Salem and then took my (new to me vehicle) back down to Charlotte to get it fixed. I feel confident than in a few days I will have my Pathfinder back and it will be in perfect working condition. Jacob is a great guy. We actually share some common interests and I enjoyed talking to him and the other people at the dealership. I am very thankful that I bought this from a Hendricks dealership instead of a small dealership where I was in and out and just another transaction instead of a customer. Thanks Jacob.

Love my GMC. Owned a Chevy and this absolutely beats it hands down. Never had any issues. Inside is very comfortable and can't imagine driving anything else

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

Our salesman, Joe J. And the team behind him went above and beyond. I test drove a 2024 Equinox EV and liked it. Said, ok, I want to lease it. However, my wife wanted a feature that was not on any of the Equinoxes on the lot. So, we called an audible and said we need to see a Blazer EV when we got there to PICK UP the Equinox! Parks had the Blazer waiting for us, let my wife drive it, she liked it and they put all the documentation together on the fly. Have not yet experienced the service side but the sales side is A+!

Staff was SUPER attentive and helpful. Was looking into a purchasing a used car, sadly they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. BUT they helped me and gave me so much information and assistance in narrowing down what I was looking for and aiding me in my car search. Incredibly understanding and still helpful even when I didn’t end up purchasing from them. Really shows they care for their customers and I will definitely go back to them in the future and keep recommending them!

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

Dalton was extremely attentive concerning my sale and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. Would recommend Furrst Class auto to my friends/family.

What a gorgeous truck, runs good, sounds good and has all of the amenities I need although I am looking forward to their next interior upgrade.

Amazing The experience was great from the first phone call to me driving my 68 RS Camaro off the lot. I flew in from Alaska and these guys picked me up at the hotel. I love how the truck pulls and rides when towing. It will give any driver the confidence to tow anywhere. I haven't had a single issue with it. I love the way it looks and couldn't be happier.

This truck is a beast, but with the Duramax diesel engine, its fuel efficient as well. my best average is 21 mpg which is insane for a truck this size.
