Great management team and Kim in finance was more than courteous. My salesman, Roger, could not seem to follow through on keeping his word. He was to follow up with me again on 1 last issue. Of course I haven't heard from him since.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. If I tell you that I opted to drive 5 hours to work with this dealership, will that tell you how great they are? There are three Volkswagen dealerships within an hour of my home and all of them acted like they just didn't want my business; they played the stereotypical pricing games that give car dealerships a bad name. Not so with Royal Automotive! I found the exact car that I wanted online. I called Royal and explained that I wanted to have the best deal that they could give me and I wanted to make sure that there were no pricing surprises since I would have to drive so far to see them. Not only did they play no games, but they also beat the best price that I had been given by my local dealerships by over $2000. My salesman, Adam Hickman, Jr., was a delight to work with and made the process seamless! After my initial phone call, we handled the painless negotiations via SMS and email. The only hiccup in the whole process was that the car wasn't ready when I arrived, and that was only because I arrived early to pick it up. If I hadn't been so eager, I may have spent less than 20 minutes in the dealership. Matt Morgan handled the paperwork and financing, and it went so quickly. We could have gotten it done more quickly, but we talked about a lot of different things; he was just so friendly. Buying this Volkswagen Tiguan was the best car buying experience that I've ever had! Adam and Matt were delightful to work with and really made this process enjoyable. Can you imagine that? An "enjoyable" car purchase? I will absolutely work this Royal again.
