It has the towing capacity I needed for the rv i have and the one i plan to get. I had gm for 40 years. But i must admit i like the interior design of this truck better. More room. More storage. And a double panel sunroof to boot. The sales process was both friendly and professional. They are nice. They are competent They have product At least worth a look.

Brought my son's Acadia in because one morning it would not shift into reverse and the CEL came on. It seemed to fix itself as the CEL went off. I brought it in anyway to be sure as it did show two codes. Eric and his team thoroughly checked everything possible for a day and a half and determined it was fine but he wanted everything well documented in case it happened again and it was out of warranty. They never were able to get the CEL on while at the shop after driving it for a bit. Great work by Eric and the tech's who worked on it.

2024 GMC Terrain review
I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I'm your typical person who equates dealing with car dealers as favorably as being beaten with a sledgehammer. It's been torture for consumers for many years. Luckily for people like me the internet has streamlined the process (if you prefer it that way) to where you can handle the bulk of the transaction before having to go to the dealer to kick the tires. I basically want the finances done before I ever leave the house. Then if I go and like the car I can almost just sign and get out of Dodge(or Buick in this case) and leave behind all the staring salesman that look at you like chum as soon as you walk through the door. So bottom line we started the transaction through email and indicated that we wanted to have the financing approved and set before we came for the test drive. They had no problem with that. The manager called after we did the online application and gave us our options. We then set up the visit. Everyone was pleasant, even the guy at the greeting desk. We did the test drive, dealt with the dreaded finance guy, who was also pleasant, added a warranty which was presented very easily and cleanly, signed the deal and got out without any hassle or pressure. Maybe some people prefer the old school way of visiting the dealer and test driving first, then sitting with all the relevant actors, but again I want to be there as little as possible. 2024 GMC Terrain review
To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.
