This was the most positive car buying experience I've had. Found the vehicle and emailed Don to get some info. Was able to take it home overnight so my husband could see it. Went in and was able to accept their first offer on trade and car price. Straight forward, fair and NO Haggling. Didn't feel any pressure to buy, all my questions were answered and everyone was so nice. Would highly recommend buying here!
The salesman was great and worked with us. The problem came up when we were told that a specific problem was fixed and it had not been. They promised someone would call me to talk about it but they did not. They could have been more forthcoming.

Very polite guy there very helpful was willing to work with us all the vehicles there seemed pretty nice we bought a Tahoe that's in great shape I think I might go back to get me a truck.....I don't understand why I seen complaints on here against the place cause we had a great experience for first time buyers from a dealer

Jeff single handedly restored my faith in car dealers. After a miserable experience trying to buy a BMW X5M in Dallas, I found that Jeff had one listed. He had it fully serviced, checked the brakes and tires and gave me the measurements. He had BMW take care of some recall work before I arrived to pick it up and had it clean / full of fuel / and ready to go!! Nothing was misrepresented and I found the vehicle in better condition than described. He picked me up from my hotel and checked on my travels as it took two days to drive it home. Bottom line, customer service is lacking these days, but not here. I couldn’t be any happier!!! Thank you sir!!

From the very beginning, our salesman Tyler Kious and the entire McGrath team made the process easy and painless. Upon taking delivery of our truck, we discovered that the Lane Departure Warning system was inoperative. The dealer offered to troubleshoot the problem on the spot, but due to family time constraints we had to start the long drive home before they could solve the problem.
Even long-distance, the McGrath team went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed properly. We would happily travel 1200 miles to purchase another vehicle from McGrath.
