I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and pressure-free buying experience. Carleigh was exceptional-personable and accommodating at every step. Although my visit was unplanned and I hadn't intended to purchase a new vehicle, I can confidently say this has been the best vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. I would even consider traveling from Louisiana for future vehicle purchases. Thank you!

2015 GMC Terrain review
Just bought a 2015 with 148,000. Very clean car. Typical cream puff. BUT I did purchase Endurance extended warranty from a TV add to protect myself. AWD SUV drives well. Very solid. Last 2 cars were junk in less than two yrs. I paid $7500 for this. Its looks practically new. Keeping my fingers crossed in Michigan!.

Buying a vehicle from this dealership is a very pleasant experience. The employees are very friendly and helpful. It was a positive experience. My dad purchased from them in the past and this was my second vehicle purchase from them.
2024 GMC Terrain review
I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Very helpful, friendly folks. Knowledgeable and courteous. Even just browsing they take all the time you need.
2018 GMC Terrain review
Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

2021 GMC Terrain review
READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

2018 GMC Terrain review
I have owned 5 of the 2018-19 terrains. I have had the 1.5 gas, 2.0 gas and the 1.6 diesel. The power on the 2.0 is awesome. Mileage on the 1.5 is good. Mileage on the 1.6 diesel is great. I have 336,000 miles on my diesel. It has had lots of issues due to emissions and transmissions. Last week it got a new engine as well. The car is a great car but I would recommend the 1.5 gas for most people. The terrain is comfortable and makes a great work or travel vehicle. Size is easy to park with plenty of leg room.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Being a widow, this was my first experience buying a car. My husband had always overseen car buying. I drove a lot of cars and didn’t find the one on the first visit. I found my metallic blue Honda CR-V online. Walked into the store and bought it. They replace the front tires and gave it a new paint job with no questions asked. They picked up my car and supplied a loaner car while the work was being done. They also let me drive away but we’re very patient to wait for my insurance check for my totaled car. Prices are very competitive and they don’t add in additional costs. Multiple friends recommended Them and I can now see why. Great service and great price!

Our experience was Beyond Elite Treatment!! The purchase of My GMC 3500 Dually Dream Truck was the Best Ever; Thanks to John Ming, James Ming and Mr. Pink!!! All three Didn’t Have to assist and work with my wife and I as they Did!! They didn’t Think Twice and went Way Further past my expectations ! John made it a Pleasant Experience From His first hand shake to Our last hand shake. All three were Professional, Respectful, Friendly; Understood Our Needs and Wants! Plus my wife found her future car and We will be back to Step One GMC Pensacola PERIOD! All my Services will be at this location Too. When You Come Here To Purchase Your Next Vehicle Ask For John Ming but Be Careful Next To Get Mistaken By His Twin Brother James Ming. Either Way You Can’t Go Wrong Lol For Both Were Extremely Nice, Helpful And Knowledgeable!! It was Truly A Rewarding Day For Both My Wife and I because We Drove Off So Happy!! I Want To Personally Thank Everyone For Such A Wonderful Buying Experience! Especially John Ming!! Mr. Pink was so pleasant and understanding and being patient with accomplishing our Goal of Buying My Dream Denali 3500 Dually! Our Financial woman Amanda was a Big part of this Great Team. Securing the Best Possible Financial Loan for Our Purchase. I want to Thank Her Again for Making It Happen. You Will Not Be Disappointed But You Will Be Making A Big Mistake By Not Purchasing Your Next Vehicle From Step One GMC Pensacola PERIOD! So Again, Thank You All For Such A Wonderful Experience And Successful Purchase! William Wamsley

2014 GMC Terrain review
I'm 6-4 so I'm looking for a comfortable vehicle that's easy to get in-and-out of plus is high quality. I don't buy new cars and in our 40 years of marriage it's the nicest used car we've purchased.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Jimmy & Donovan did a great job assisting us through the entire process. My wife loves her new 2025 Buick Envista! I would definitely recommend shopping around at Step One Buick GMC Cadillac!
