A Great Buying Experience

We felt comfortable with John from the first minute in his office. He asked many questions to find out what we had in mind in a pre-owned vehicle, and preliminaries to determine our financial situation. He was very helpful and courteous as we discussed our various wants. Before we took test drives with him, he showed us each vehicle, and clearly explained all we needed to know about the vehicle, the dash and safe driving. We closed the deal on a pre-owned Terrain, and felt good about the price and the allowance for our trade-in. When we picked up the car a few days later, he again went over many specifics about the car, and helped us set up the On Star trial service and telephone bluetooth connection. He spent as long as we needed explaining things and making useful suggestions. Summarizing our experience, we were comfortable with John's method of getting to know our needs and coming up after only two trys with the SUV we wanted, and within our financial limits. He is friendly and helpful, not at all high pressure, and we would highly recommend him. In addition to John, everyone at the dealership that contacted us was extremely friendly and helpful. There was someone to open the door and greet us; someone to show us to the lounge; someone to help us sit in a showroom Corvette. There are no negatives about our buying experience.
