This was a 2hr ride for me to King. Well worth it! This family owned dealership treats you like one of their own. The showroom and lot aren't flashy, their salesman not stuffy or slimey, and their approach is not pushy. The King family puts their time and effort into the customer and making good fair deals. Their local trades seem to be super clean and well maintained (why I drove across the state). Even when in negotiations the sales staff didn't get aggressive, acknowledged and validated every point I made, and were truly there to make a good deal for both sides. If King were closer to me they would have my vehicle service business too. I highly recommend any of the team at King, especially Aaron who went above and beyond before, during, and AFTER our purchase. Go visit the KING
I was in need of a newer and reliable vehicle, I had researched your used car's online. I found one that I really liked. When I spoke to Bill I told him that I had a minimum monthly payment. While taking the car for a test drive, Chris in finance got to work on getting me approved for a loan. Not once did either of them make me feel pressured into buying a car that I couldn't afford with a much bigger payments. Not only did I get approved but I purchased a car that I wanted and my monthly payments and interest rate was lower than originally anticipated. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle with no pressure! I got to drive my new car home the same night. It's a good feeling knowing I have a safe and reliable vehicle now thanks to Chris and Bill. I would recommend your dealership to anyone needing a new car.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!
I had a 2017 GMC Sierra built by Brustolon. Customer service was great throughout the whole build and delivery process. Email updates throughout the process to keep me informed on the progress of the vehicle GMC was building for me. Sales personnel were proficient in vehicle options for various models and could answer any questions I had. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and highly recommend to others!
The personnel at this dealership are very professional. They are no non-sense, straight talking people who listen to questions and give answers that don't make you feel degraded. They treated me with the utmost respect and on the day of delivery the salesman took all the time I needed to be comfortable with the vehicles features. I even when back the next day with a question and was treated like I was a member of the family. Not only did they answer the question they assured me that they were going to be there for any questions in the future. It's nice to know that I will not be forgotten now that I have completed the deal and taken ownership of the vehicle.
I wish more dealerships would look to Brustolon for guidance in how to treat people.
