The dealership has a unique way to connect with the customer. You feel more like you are dealing with your family rather than someone you just met. The product knowledge and courtesy of staff is similar to many dealerships. What sets them apart is the trust you immediately recognize as genuine and sincere. We were looking for more than just to purchase a new Mercedes. We were seeking to find a dealership that we could build a relationship built on trust. We were also trying to find a dealership where the staff and owner were committed to the long term and looking past the immediate sale. All of the staff we dealt with has been with the dealership 10 years or longer. Ronnie provides the combination of a sincere love for Mercedes-Benz, an inexhaustible knowledgeable about the product with buying options, and (my personal favorite), he's a really likable guy! There's no pressure or anxiety with Ronnie & you don't get a sense that he needs you to do anything other than what you want to do for you and your family. We bought a 2013 Jeep Cherokee from Danny Minor at Bratton Automotive this weekend. The service was great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us get financing, and get us into a car we will love an enjoy. We would recommend their dealership to all our friends and family.

We only went in to test drive, we were so impressed with the new owner and everyones attitude in comparison to the previous owner that we decided to buy instead of just looking.
Our salesman Richard Harrison was low pressure and honest about what he knew and didn't about the vehicle we were wanting and answered every question we had and gave us info that we didn't know.
