Khader was very helpful. I came in looking for a car with a huge balance from my previous car and he helped me get into a newer car and helped me achieve the payment I was looking for. They are all very helpful and they are not the typical pushy salesman. A very nice establishment to purchase a car from. Thanks again Khader!

Burns Buick GMC review
Brought my son's Acadia in because one morning it would not shift into reverse and the CEL came on. It seemed to fix itself as the CEL went off. I brought it in anyway to be sure as it did show two codes. Eric and his team thoroughly checked everything possible for a day and a half and determined it was fine but he wanted everything well documented in case it happened again and it was out of warranty. They never were able to get the CEL on while at the shop after driving it for a bit. Great work by Eric and the tech's who worked on it.

Faulkner Buick GMCReviews
Faulkner Buick GMC review
I'm your typical person who equates dealing with car dealers as favorably as being beaten with a sledgehammer. It's been torture for consumers for many years. Luckily for people like me the internet has streamlined the process (if you prefer it that way) to where you can handle the bulk of the transaction before having to go to the dealer to kick the tires. I basically want the finances done before I ever leave the house. Then if I go and like the car I can almost just sign and get out of Dodge(or Buick in this case) and leave behind all the staring salesman that look at you like chum as soon as you walk through the door. So bottom line we started the transaction through email and indicated that we wanted to have the financing approved and set before we came for the test drive. They had no problem with that. The manager called after we did the online application and gave us our options. We then set up the visit. Everyone was pleasant, even the guy at the greeting desk. We did the test drive, dealt with the dreaded finance guy, who was also pleasant, added a warranty which was presented very easily and cleanly, signed the deal and got out without any hassle or pressure. Maybe some people prefer the old school way of visiting the dealer and test driving first, then sitting with all the relevant actors, but again I want to be there as little as possible. Basically sign and drive. That's what we asked for and they delivered with smiles all around. I would recommend to a friend.

The customer service was great and they were welcoming and helpful as soon as I came into the dealership. It was the first time taking my car in for routine service and the receptionist was so helpful of completing the paper work and answered all my questions. I purchased the car from this dealership in October. I had the best sales person and the finance person was so good and they both made the buying process perfect.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with the exceptionally personable Seamus Conway. From the minute we met to the final handshake, he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. He made every effort to really understand what we were looking for and somehow managed to find us the perfect truck-truly exactly what we wanted. Seamus also secured us an incredible deal, and we felt confident every step of the way thanks to how clearly and patiently he explained everything. He is quick, conscientious, and incredibly friendly. By the end of it all, it felt like we had known him for years. If you?re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly cares about his customers, we can?t recommend Seamus Conway highly enough!
2023 GMC Yukon XL review
Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

Bergey's Buick GMC review
Great leasing experience with Bergey?s. Tom and Randy were a pleasure to work with ? professional, efficient, and completely transparent throughout the process. They offered the best no-haggle price, explained everything clearly, and made the entire lease quick and stress-free. Even though I live in New York, the experience was so good that I?ll absolutely be back to Bergey?s for my next GMC purchase. Highly recommend working with Tom and Randy.

MAC Cars review
Blown away by the amount of work these guys put in to get me into my Mini! I worked specifically with Mike, an incredible gentleman, specifically, Romi in the background got everything flowing for me to leave their lot as an overly satisfied customer. They knew I wanted what I wanted and worked their magic to put me in it in no time. No issues and pure satisfaction. These guys provided the utmost car buying experience I've ever had the pleasure of partaking in! Seriously, if you've been browsing about for something new, do not hesitate to scurry on over there. Be up front and let these guys avert you on your way with your new vice(drive safe though..)!

I love my car. I love the way it handles, and the confidence I have in it when I’m on the road. The room in it is fantastic. All the room I need for when we travel.
