Little did we know we would be in need a of another car, my husband's this time 5 months from getting myself one. Perfect fit for when I have 6 of my grandchildren with me and storage is great having to transport a baby stroller and my husband Walker and have groceries.
The only problem is we sometimes smell strong odor of gas. But there isn't a recall for it. We taking it in just as soon as we can get my second car running .
I am looking to purchase a vehicle. I shopped online here and got a response within 24 hours about who to contact and further assistance needed. Awesome so far!

$25,000.00 vehicle, engine broke down after driving 160 miles, extended warranty purchased don't want to pay because has not been 90 days after purchase and dealership is giving the runaround to repair vehicle.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Perfect for long trips, getting 4?x8? sheets, towing. Love being able to kennel the dog without losing the 8 passenger seating. Has everything I need and a lot more safety features than I know what to do with.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Great looking vehicle. Large enough for our family of 6. Went from a Ford Expedition to the larger Yukon xl. Nice to have the room in the back with the 3rd row up.

Fun to drive. Technology is great, but not as intuitive as it could be. Plenty of room and storage. Better gas mileage than my wife’s Toyota.
Made my first car buying experience amazing. Have been looking for a car for months and have been haggled by big time dealers several times but Craig and his team was amazing and made buying a car as fun as it could be with zero stress. Very pleased and would recommend you go there first if you are looking for a competitive priced used quality vehicle

Has all the room we need with 3 kids in car seats, plus the additional space behind the 3rd row for luggage or cargo. The captain's seats in the 2nd row are heated and allow for 4 adults to ride in comfort in 2 front rows. The cooled front seats are my favorite option as a FL resident!

Car is comfortable, excellent handling, and very responsive to acceleration. Ample features for comfort and convenience. The rain-sense feature is wonderful and windshield wiper design cleans window completely
What a great experience! This was my first car purchase, and I had my parents fly out from California to help me in the process (because I had no idea what was going on). John made the process so fast/easy, we had been talking over email prior to my visit, and he was able to update me on the inventory throughout the week as I was specifically looking for a Subaru Outback. Very professional, explained everything very clearly so I knew what I had to get done as soon as I walked out of there. The car was in great shape too, it was very very clean inside! Very happy with my experience here :) Would recommend!

I oreviously had another Yukon XL and I hated to give it up. With NE winters it was rusting out but had 200,000.00 mikes in it and still going. So this was definitely what I had planned to get again. I sure hope I have as goid a luck with this 2017.
Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.
