The service I received was fast and friendly! They also cleaned my car for me while they had it! This was something I was going to do later in the day. This saved me one stop in a very busy day before Thanksgiving getting stuff prepared.
I could not have had a better experience here! As a woman, I am always fearful of going to a dealership and I never felt anything but positive experiences. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and I never felt like I was entering a "good old boys club" like I have with most dealerships. I worked with Paul, Robert, and Levi and they were all very personable and laid back people. I have never had such a positive experience buying a car. They listened to all the things I asked for and never tried to push anything additional on me. I never felt any pressure to buy a car and their service was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend to anyone! They do not work on commission which I think is a huge plus.

She was always professional, courteous and sent many e-mails showing several cars that I might've been interested in. She followed up with phone calls being pleasant and not annoying. Non only they were replaced on the spot, with no wait at all for appt, but I was provided with an upgrade Lincoln rental car for free, the whole time my car was in the shop.

I loved my experience shopping for a used car at this dealership. Never once was i pushed into buying anything nor did i feel like they were desperate to sell me something. I went in to look at a used 2015 Sierra that had just arrived. Now this was a double cab and I really needed a crew cab which is more spacious. Needless to say, I didn't buy that truck. But I did test drive some new ones while I was there. They were very nice people and I wish I had been able to buy something from them.

I found a particular vehicle online that was at Reynolds Subaru. Johnny responded to the message I sent in less than a day. Over the course of a week Johnny and Tracie helped me hammer out all the details of the sale. They were friendly and helpful and never pushy. The buying experience was smooth which was nice since I drove 3.5 hours to get there. John even helped me find rubber floor mats after the purchase. Even though I’m 250 miles away I’ll still buy my next car from them.

I love the service I get from Joe Bowman. I have only one complaint and the car has a squeaky noise when the breaks are applied. I ask them to check it once and they couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle. I would think that experts could fix the problem since I purchased the car from them . It’s irritating as can be and since I haven’t had the car but a year and a half and it’s been a problem since I got it. I like Joe Bowman but I would never buy another Chevrolet.
