Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. I love driving my 2015 GMC Yukon XL SLT because it's really spacious and it's really great to drive in the winter. It's good on gas and perfect for family 💯💯

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Richards Motorcars, mainly due to the GM I worked with, Joe, who was great. He was prompt and very easy to communicate with over the phone and via texts. He answered a lot of the questions I had before I even made it to the dealership. I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

I bought this truck new 8 years ago (and 77k miles). I use this truck for truck things like towing a 5,200lb trailer @8 times a year. The V6 has plenty of power and gets good mileage (22 mpg combined, 29 highway empty, 15 pulling the trailer). Reliability has been outstanding. The transmission needs a full flush about every 40k to keep it shifting smoothly. Other than that this truck has been without issue.

One of the best experiences we have ever had! We have been looking for a truck with a plow for months. Found Auto Mart when they popped up on Facebook Marketplace. Best find ever! I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

I highly recommend this dealership. Garren provided excellent customer service. He stands behind his vehicles and has a full lot of high quality, low mileage vehicles at great prices. We will certainly buy from him again.

Love everything about this Duramax Denali except the fuel mileage. 13-14 Mpg tops when not towing. Bought truck cause previous was stolen. Wish I still had my 6.2 High Country!

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

I bought this vehicle used over a year ago with 99 k miles on it. Other than routine maintenance; oil changes, brakes and filters it has performed well. Very comfortable ride, roomy and comfortable interior, features and options are numerous with lane departure side and frontal spacing warnings, back up camera, sun roof and roof rack, blue tooth and more. I don't understand the negative reviews as I am pleased with this vehicle.

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!
