Dick Hannah Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Scott in the service department helped me resolve an urgent matter with my vehicle. I had to have the work done that day first thing in the morning and I did not have an appointment. Scott was able to get me in right then and resolve the issue within an hour. I’m truly grateful for Scott and the Dick Hannah Dodge Team that made this possible. I’ll be coming back for any issues in the future because of the amazing team over there. Thank you for everything Scott!

Johnny Johnson Jr, Sales, helped me with the trade-in of my vehicle and the purchase of a new 2026 Jeep Compass. He was very thorough explaining everything making this a very easy transaction. Coleman in Finance helped seal the transaction. Thank you Dick Hannah team!

Dick Hannah Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I enjoyed my experience because it was short and sweet. I don’t like spending a lot of time trying to buy a vehicle. My salesman Bill Farra understood that out right away. I was out of there in about two hours and 15 minutes. Done deal. Thanks to all who got that thing done as fast as they did anyway I got a good truck and I’m happy so far

I brought our Telluride in for some long ignored minor warranty work. The dealership was new to me so this was our first experience here. The Service Writer Eric was a hoot and followed through with my warranty parts order and the subsequent replacement repair with clear text updates and a nice carwash.

Rachel Blea and Derek Cunningham worked with us on 2 separate days to purchase our new car. Derek took us on a test drive and pointed out many special features of the EV6, selling us on this car. The next day, Derek was not available and we worked with Rachel to negotiate our purchase. She was attentive, knowledagble, and allowed us time to discuss all the decisions we needed to make. She has also been very committed to following up with us to make sure we have no issues with our new car.

A lot of places to buy a car for sure but look no futhure. I had a great experience here. It takes me an over the top experience to write a review but I found mine with this place worthy. Nice friendly staff prices beat everything else I looked at and the whole experience from beginning to end was great. Never felt pressured and at the end of the day I got a great truck at a great price. Who could ask for more?

I've purchased several VWs over the years. This purchase was the absolute BEST ever!! Deb was FABULOUS to work with. A truly wonderful sales woman. I found the car online, negotiated everything over the phone and took a 5 hour train ride to pick it up. The car was EXACTLY as promised. Price was super fair. Financing was a silky smooth. Took delivery right on time. I couldn't be happier. Excellent experience Deb and Armstrong VW! 11 of 10 stars!! 😎

Isaac and Nick were such a dream to work with! They were both so helpful and attentive to what we were looking for in a vehicle. They were transparent with costs and what qualities to look for in a car, genuinely putting safety and peace of mind first in what features to include. Isaac and Nick were both knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They made the buying process stress free and made our first experience purchasing a vehicle a great one! If you?re looking to purchase a car with a great dealership and great people, Dick Hannah VW is THE place to go!
