I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing! What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car! Ken was extremely responsive, genial, and honestly excited about the prospect of getting me in this car!! He bucked the "used car salesman" trope from the first conversation. After getting off that first call, I turned to my boyfriend and said, "I found my car!!" Ken made the process SO simple. From start to finish, it went smoothly. I really didn't think it would go off without a hitch, but it was great! We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, which was awesome, considering our flight was 90 min late. Ken met us right away, and my car had a big red bow on it. What every girl dreams of, lol! The finance department was able to get me an amazing interest rate, which was 16% lower than I was going to get with that horrid vending machine company! I wish I could remember the finance gentleman's name, but I'm blanking! He also made the process very smooth. In summary, I am now an Audi convert for life. When I am in the market for a new one, there is absolutely no possibility that I would go anywhere other than Richmond Audi! Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

GQ and Denise made experience awesome, never felt overwhelmed or put in an awkward position. From initial contact to the finalization of what I thought could only be a dream purchase, I received answers to all questions and felt like I had not only purchased a vehicle but made great friends. They were welcoming, knowledgable, friendly and have adapted and project true customer service. If you want the "REAL DEAL" this is the place to go. Again, GQ and Denise were absolutely the best. Many years ago there was a movie called It's a Wonderful Life with the infamous character "George Bailey", for those of us who know of the movie I must say that if you are afforded the opportunity to purchase anew or used vehicle and you have any worries or concerns go to Hyman because they represent the "Its a wonderful Life" and GQ is definitely the George Bailey. Just a great experience.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Steven Royal helped this time. He has been very helpful in previous times as well. I make a point of talking to him since he has been so helpful in the past. Bought this vehicle from West Broad in 2009. First Honda purchase was in early 80’s. Ann Dale was a service writer way back when! Great!!!

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

The most reliable car that I have ever own it has 109000k miles and runs perfect, never had a mechanical problems, is rummy inside for fitting things and also has leg and head room. The sits folds giving you lots of space. Is just a GREAT car.

This car is probably my favorite car I?ve ever owned. It has so much instant torque it?s pulls at the skin on your face. Every day as I drive to work I?m just more and more happy with it. It?s sporty enough to have fun and throw into a corner, but economically I have spend a total of $15 on electricity for it in the 9 months since I bought it. Yes, the rated range of 82 miles won?t get you far, but I don?t go that far everyday, and seeing as I drive in the city to work and back home, I often times will see my range at 100-110 miles, and I barely have to try to reach that. The complaints I have all have to do with Chevrolet, it?s information/entertainment screen is god awful, and makes me dream of better U.I. Design, and the headlights are a bit big-eyed. But aside from that, I am happy with my purchase, and as long as the range could be managed for you, I?m sure it can work for you too. Also, keep it out of super cold climates, because that heater just sucks the batter away.

Previously we have owned a 2016 Mazda Hatchback with the 2.0 liter engine and manual transmission. Our biggest complaint with that car was the lack of power. We were not expecting a performance car, but the 2 liter engine in that car was just anemic. My wife didn't feel safe trying to pull out into traffic. We recently purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with 2.5 liter engine and manual transmission. While still not feeling like a sports car (it is not one) it does have considerably more torque than the 2016 we owned previously. Things we like about the 2024 model: - the bump in power - fuel economy - the interior. the seats are somewhat firm, but comfy. The dash is nicely layed out - the buttons on the console are useful - heater/AC controls are buttons and knobs - easy to use - the heater fan! We have had several Mazdas, and the fan has always been underpowered. the fan in this car is adequate - two driver settings that will put the seat in the correct position, as well as let you set the brightness of the heads up display - seat heaters Things we don't like: - auto sensing wipers. the only way to use the intermittent wipers is with the 'auto' setting, and it operates properly only intermittently at best - the door for the gas filler. it is not difficult, but if you don't know how to do it, you may need to google (what I had to do at the gas station) - Fully electric parking brake - I would prefer a manually operated brake. - The pedal area is somewhat narrow. I have somewhat wide feet, so I have to keep that in mind, as some shoes make driving cumbersome. The reliability question was required, which is a rather lame requirement when one has owned a car for a month. I gave it 3 stars as I have no idea yet as to the reliability.

Purchased in 2017. I love my 2015 Ford Cmaxx, sad Ford does not still make them. I avg 40/43 mpg. It is comfortable for me to drive and to get in and out of. Love the hatch that allows me to loads many things for road trips. Fun to drive and it hugs the road. There is a learning curve on breaking that charges the battery, however it didn't take long. One of my favorite cars that i have owned. I will not trade it. So far no problems. I do have regular checkups and maintenance at Ford dealership where I live.

I have a 2010, 2011, 2021 Kia Soul. I think that says enough. Having a car last with minor repairs and 400,000 miles. Says something for the Kia.

At a time when I was moving around two dogs and a cat, this car was an absolute must. It was a great value to start and even more so now that I use it as a second vehicle. The only maintenance I've done is the routine oil changes, etc. I expect to own it for another 10 years

Wasn't too ecstatic about the sales person that helped me. There were times that he clearly became irritated with me,after proclaiming TWICE that there was a strict "no hassle" policy at Hertz. I love my new car, but the salesmans' attitude was quite unnerving. He even had a few sexist remarks to spew at me while I was test driving the car! Work on those salesman skills sir....
