Clay Cooley CadillacReviews
Clay Cooley Cadillac review
Lone Star Cadillac is a first class dealership. Mr. Ike Iwu and his team made my experience so quick and easy. They are very experienced in their jobs and are very professional. This is my 7th vehicle purchase from Richard Wells. He is such an amazing salesman and very professional. He makes the car-buying experience so seamless and easy. The entire staff was so professional and made every step during the process simple and quick. They made sure that I understood everything about my new car and walked me through every step. I really appreciated the care and attention that they showed me.

There can sometimes be a mixup it happens to us all. There was a bit of a mixup with products needed for my service. The staff quickly identified that the wrong part was ordered and notified. Then they went above and beyond to make it right. They took great care of my and Voltz.

Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Richland Hills review
My husband and I went in just to test drive the new Jeep Cherokees. We had 0 expectations to get a new vehicle right now due to some credit issues. But AutoNation went so far above and beyond trying to take care of us, they were actually able to get us BOTH in new Jeeps! They were never pushy. We never felt pressured. They were just THAT helpful and dedicated to helping us that they made it work! Could not be more pleased and grateful for them!

Fantastic experience all around. Extremely friendly sales group. Was great to work with Javon Smith.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Great car. Smooth and responsive drive. Nice safety and other features - especially love apple CarPlay. I would buy again in a heartbeat. Manual is poorly written. Suggest Honda puts videos explaining features and "how to" and/or FAQ clips on their website. Put link to videos in manual.

Audi GrapevineReviews
Audi Grapevine review
When three warning lights came on in my car, it couldn?t have happened at a more inconvenient time. I had so many things to take care of, and trying to fit in a service appointment at Audi was the last thing I needed. To say my anxiety was high would be an understatement! However, from the moment I arrived at the dealership, my entire experience changed. Before I even got out of my car, Rene, my service advisor, greeted me at my car-door. He introduced himself, addressed me by name, and immediately made me feel welcome. I explained what was happening with my car, and he walked over, checked under the hood, and showed me what he believed might be a leak. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process, making sure I understood what was going on. What stood out most was the way Rene treated me. He made me feel like family rather than just another customer. This is my fourth Audi, and over the nine years I have owned Audis, I have encountered several different service advisors. I can honestly say that I have never felt as comfortable, confident, and well cared for as I did with Rene. He listened to my concerns, explained his recommendations, and made me feel completely at ease with the decisions we made regarding my vehicle. He also gave me a specific day and time when my car would be ready, and he delivered exactly as promised. Sure enough, I received a text today letting me know that my car was ready! As if that weren?t enough, Rene also asked whether I needed a ride to or from the dealership. His thoughtfulness, professionalism, communication, and genuine concern for my experience went above and beyond my expectations. Rene is truly an exceptional representative of the Audi brand. His approach to customer service is exactly what every dealership should strive for. He turned what began as a stressful situation into an experience that left me feeling valued, respected, and grateful. I wanted to take the time to write this review because people like Rene deserve to be recognized for the difference they make. Audi is fortunate to have him, and I sincerely hope his outstanding service receives the recognition it deserves. Thank you, Rene, for making what could have been a very stressful day such a positive experience. You have set the bar incredibly high for customer service!

2019 Chevrolet Sonic review
This is the second Chevrolet Sonic that I have owned. I only bought the newer 2019 vehicle because I just loved my 2016 model as well. I would like to find a 2020 in the future, as this was the last year of its manufacturing. I love all the features and how this wonderful vehicle operates and handles the road. It is reliable and good on gas, as well.
