Shaheen ChevroletReviews
Shaheen Chevrolet review
If you're looking for a car dealer who genuinely has your best interests at heart, look no further than Tobbie Lansdell and the Shaheen Automobile Group. From start to finish, the entire lease process was seamless and handled with the utmost professionalism. The distinguishing feature of this experience was the exceptional transparency provided?each aspect of the lease was thoroughly clarified, ensuring complete understanding and eliminating any unexpected surprises. Complications developed when my previous dealership refused to respond or cooperate. Tobbie stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and resolved everything without missing a beat. His communication was prompt, his knowledge was impressive, and his willingness to go above and beyond was unlike anything I have ever experienced in a dealership. This level of service exemplifies what doing business the right way looks like. I cannot recommend Tobbie and Shaheen Automotive Group highly enough ? an absolute 5-star experience in every sense!
2024 Honda Civic review
Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

Exceptional service after sale. Bought it from Graff 12 years ago brand new. Only serviced there and well built product. I highly recommend Graff Chevy.
2021 Honda Civic review
After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

2024 Mitsubishi Mirage review
I downsized from a 2014 Subaru Forester I had for 10 years, purchasing a 2-year old Mirage SE with a whopping 4000 miles on it. It’s a beautiful tiny car, as loaded as can be, and averages 40 mpg. It works great in the city and on the highway and is a little cocoon of amenities. The visibility out the front window was a bit challenging to get used to due to the black box. And despite only being 5’4” I sit really high to the windscreen. Otherwise the interior fits me great — being aware this is not a car built for bigger people or those needing to haul more than 2 people and some groceries (although I do plan to take it camping), I love the styling and overall zippiness. It was priced very well for the model. This will be a long-term vehicle for me and I’m very pleased a month in.

2017 Toyota Prius review
The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

2013 Toyota Prius c review
80,000 miles so far on my 2013 Prius C. My car has been hit twice and has come out of those repairs with zero issues, still feels like the car it was the day I bought it (purchased new from dealership). Incredible gas mileage. Only downside to this car is that it is not a quiet ride. I can really only use Bluetooth for calls if I’m driving around the city, as soon as I’m on the highway it’s too loud.

Capitol Auto SalesReviews
Capitol Auto Sales review
My husband and I recently purchased our sixth car from Capital Auto Sales. I know that the term, "used car salesman", has typically been an insult. Joseph and his crew are the exception to this rule. We have always had an amazing experience with them. Yesterday, when my husband and I were in there, Darius helped us out. He got us an incredible deal on an incredible car that matched every qualification we wanted. If you go in there and they don't have what you want, they are eager and happy to look for what you want at the auctions that they go to. My husband and I like to pay cash for our cars when we get our tax returns in the spring. However, Joseph and his staff are wonderful at financing and finding you a monthly payments that works for your budget. If you are looking for a used car, they should definitely be your first stop. Their honesty and integrity impresses me every time I'm there. We have been getting cars from them for at least a decade and plan to continue for at least another one.
2017 Honda Fit review
Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

I left a review on January 31st,"Scammed1" ,about my situation at that time with purchasing a car from Motorcars of Lansing. It wasn't a great review at all. However Semoine, Orlando , Brandon, Tina and Jack sat down with me and they helped me get this situation resolved. It took some time but they fixed my car and I totally appreciate the follow through to get this done. Thank you Motorcars.

Justin hart was very patient and pleasant to work with. He stayed 2 hours past closing time just so i could get the car same day. Even after being offered to finish he persisted to stay if it was what I wanted. The overall process of it was very smooth and simple minus the insurance part; not salesmans fault. He was prepared 100% for any questions asked and paper work part.

Capital Honda review
I recently purchased a CRV Hybrid from Capital Honda. I was happy with the overall experience, and found consultant Micah DeMass particularly helpful and informative. I wanted to complete a purchase quickly because of personal circumstances. He helped make that happen.
2020 Honda Fit review
Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)

Here’s a shout out to Motorcarsonline in Lansing MI. Especially to a mgr. Kathleen and John the owner. After our vehicle purchase we questioned some addl. ‘fees’ we had paid. I spoke with Kathleen, who supported us, and she spoke with the owner John who graciously sent out a check soon after. Their response and willingness to address my concern was truly commendable! Thank you and we will be a repeat customer. Jon Gould ps,.. love the car!!

Kia of Lansing review
Although it was a long process, it was worth it and I am pleased with my 2023 Seltos. Neil Miller is the epitome of a great sales person. No pressure and he cares. He takes the time to ask questions and does his best to ensure that you get what you want at the price you want. He was just as patient with me and the back forth as I was waiting for the vehicle to arrive. He is my go to person!!! Thank you Neil!
2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

I never got there. While visiting a friend in Grand Rapids I found the model I wanted at Fox KIA North and bought it. KIA of Lansing would have been my next stop had I not made the purchase in GR.
2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

This car has a lot of bells and whistles, some of which I don't need. The radio is a disappointment. It can't pick up a radio station 35 miles away.
