Without hesitation I can say this was the smoothest car purchase of my life. Amber & Derrick were personable, accommodating, knowledgeable, and felt more like allies than an opposition only looking for their gain. My husband found the exact SUV I was looking for at Cable Dahmer, after we were told locally that they were not making that vehicle yet. When I spend money on something I'm looking for authenticity. My husband handlied the deal, and I know he had a great experience. What I loved is Nick Madrigal's energy! His excitement while sending us a video of a SUV that we never saw in person, hoping that we would like it in person was infectious. His excitement when we all met for the first time when we were picking up our vehicle. I was looking to buy from a person that was authentic and loved what he was doing. That's Nick! What made us drive 7 hrs to Lawrence, we didn't have to we chose to, is Nick and the experience to date. Once there everyone treated us like family. As we left the state driving back home, my husband and I both said we we were so glad we bought from Nick Madrigal, he made this experience the way it should be. We had driven by several times due to doctor appointments, and kept seeing a Lincoln Town Car on the lot, the price changed every so often and since both my husband and I love Lincoln's, we decided to see what they could do. My husband drove it and loved it, then I drove it, and everything was good except two things, it needed the air conditioning checked and an oil change. Harrison took care of both while I was arranging financing through my credit union. They do have a credit union in Topeka that I believe they work with, but I had my own and so simply went through them. The deal was easy and quick, I got great service and a great car, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new (to them) car in the area.
