Fantastic experience all around. Extremely friendly sales group. Was great to work with Javon Smith.
2023 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

Huffines Kia Corinth review
I Wish I Had More Than 5 Stars to Give After recently moving from the Bay Area to Plano, I needed a vehicle quickly and had already decided on a Kia, Unfortunately, my experience with several local Kia dealerships was disappointing due to dealer add-ons, markups, and one dealership backing out of an offer they had previously committed to honor, Just when I was ready to give up on Kia altogether, I decided to contact Huffines Kia Corinth, Within 30 minutes of submitting an inquiry, Gabriel Bowden called me and asked what it would take to earn my business, I was very upfront with him: I lived over an hour away and would not make the drive unless the numbers were finalized beforehand, Gabriel respected that completely. He quickly sent me a detailed quote that was actually better than the offers had received elsewhere, and with a better-equipped vehicle, What impressed me most was the transparency. No games, no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, The numbers discussed over the phone were exactly the numbers I signed for at the dealership. When I arrived, everything was ready. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, Gabriel even took the time to walk me through all the vehicle features and made sure I was comfortable before leaving, In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Gabriel and the team at Huffines Kia Corinth earned mine. If you're shopping for a Kia in the DFW area, I highly recommend giving them a call before signing anywhere else, Thank you, Gabriel and the Huffines Kia Corinth team, for making what could have been a frustrating experience an excellent one.

Wonderful experience from walking in the door to driving off the lot in a new car, Tanner Comey made our experience superb! We drove across the metroplex for this location, you will not go wrong by doing so yourself.
2026 Honda Civic review
This is my third Civic and I believe it is the best one yet. The 2 Liter engine is smooth and powerful. The cabin noise is low and its handling very sporty. All the new safety features, like lane watch, blind spot warnings and rear back up camera really work well. The air conditioning is stronger too. A pleasure to drive. I recommend the hatch back.

Car buying experiences (to me, anyway) are often an annoying ritual, but Ray and Jayden made it as painless as possible. I flew in from Houston, and after some back and forth with Ray via email, and some terrific sales support from Jayden, we were on our way. Here's hoping I get as many miles/years of great service out of this Lexus as I have with my previous ones.
2026 Honda Civic review
I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

My alternator was going out while I was driving and they were able to get me in immediately. The service representative was very helpful, calming and understanding. She kept me regularly updated and got my car fixed and me back on the road safely in time for my next appointment. Had they not helped me I would have likely incurred multiple towing charges and possibly worse trying to get home.
2026 Honda Civic review
I commute 30 miles a day, but it doesn't feel like it in my '26 Civic Sport hybrid sedan. I drive twisty roads, inclines and the freeway, and the car handles 'em all like a champ. It has the comfort, smooth ride and acceleration of my previous 2018 Accord Sport with way better gas mileage (45-50 mpg). I also like the dash/instrument layout and easy-to-use infotainment system. So if you're like me, a cheapskate who also enjoys spirited, comfortable driving, the Civic may be the right car for you! (I personally prefer the sedan over the hatchback, but that's just me.)

I couldn't have been happier with the care, politeness and professionalism of my salesman Zaid. He made the entire experience easy, efficient and spoke with honesty. Thank you for you and your dealership's help!
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.

I recently brought mycar in to Mortiz Kia for a routine check-up and oil change, and I couldn't be more impressend with the service I received -especially from Jonathan. From the moment I arrived, he made the experience smooth, efficient, and geniunely pleasant. Jonathan greeted me with a friendly attitude as always, and took the time to explain everything that would be done during the visit. He was professional, corteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even though it was just a regular maintenance appointment, Jonathan treated it with the same level of attention and care you'd expect from a major service. He made sure my car was thoroughly inspected and even gave me a few helpful tips for my next appointment. The entire experience was fast, hassle-free, and handled with professionalism. Thanks to Jonathan, I always left feeling like a valued costumer. Highly recommend reserve a service/maintenance appointment with Jonathan, he truly goes above and beyond.

2018 Hyundai ELANTRA review
I first leased my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in 2018 (car was new with less than 50 miles on the odometer). After the lease was up, I opted to purchase the vehicle. It's been great. No major problems. The reason I gave the exterior only 4 stars is that the paint started peeling on the rear bumper (below the license plate) about a year ago. A Hyundai service person explained that the bumpers are plastic (not steel) like the rest of the car and the paint does eventually peel off. Outside of the rear bumper paint problem, this has been an excellent vehicle.

2022 Toyota Corolla review
Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine review
We are so impressed on how we were treated and the amount of kindness that exists at Grubbs Volvo. We are usually BMW & Mercedes drivers and have been with a neighboring dealership for over 12 years. We didn't believe that we could ever make the switch, so glad we did. Its been. 6 months since our purchase and we are still in contact with our Sales Rep, we have also had a chance to visit with Service and we are still over the top impressed. Thank you Grubbs for making us part of your family. I have sent multiple messages to throughout my office about visiting your store for their next purchase. I want my staff to get the same experience we have had the privilege of receiving.

I was greeted immediately... My issue was checked right there... Car was fit into schedule... Car was out by the time they said it would be. Facility was nice and as I waited I decided to look at other vehicles and then ended up buying another one. Megan took excellent care to show me all the details and answer my questions. Excellent service on both sides of sales and service.

Everyone in the triad that helped us locate what we were wanting at a price point we were comfortable with made the process smooth & easy. Truly thankful for all of them & their patience with our indecisiveness and choppy weekend plans to finish the deal. Jeff was so helpful start to finish & was great at making sure we got something that had specific features we desired but keeping our finances in consideration as well. It was hard parting with the Borrego of 192,000miles we purchased from this same location 25 yrs ago-but they blessed us with a decent trade in value towards the purchase of a new Sorento. Thank You Kia family for helping us find a great vehicle!

CarMax North HoustonReviews
2018 Honda Fit review
This things fits EVERYTHING! I purchased this preowned back in 2021 with 48k miles on it. With 4 years of ownership and only 13k miles later, I’ve only ever had to keep up with maintenance including a set of new tires and one recall. Last summer I did notice some plastic paneling in the rear rattling that drove me nuts but haven’t heard it since so let’s hope it doesn’t start anew. With it being so cheap to maintain and the fact it sips gas, I have a hard time finding a justifiable reason to upgrade!

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.
2021 Hyundai Veloster N review
Most fun driving car I have ever owned. I also drive it on the race track on HPDE days and it is the most fun car I have ever driven. The ability to set the car up the way you want it to drive is great, adds so much to the fun factor.
