Robert in service is an expert in the customer experience. He listens to me, explains things well, tries to give me a fair deal when he can and works with my schedule. Although we are still trying to figure out what is wrong with this particular car, I will keep taking our three Audis there for service.

Corwin Toyota Colorado SpringsReviews
Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs review
If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.

I want to thank Corwin Toyota and James Johring in sales. I have a very crazy schedule and Jim worked within the confines of my schedule to accommodate me. Between a test drive, and finance I was finished in about an hour. This level of personal service is rarely seen these days, so thank you!

Corwin Honda Colorado SpringsReviews
Corwin Honda Colorado Springs review
I recently purchased a 2025 Honda HR-V Sport from Corwin Honda, and I want to give special recognition to Morgan Holt. From start to finish, Morgan made the process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Even when I had concerns or felt uncertain, Morgan went above and beyond to make sure I got into the right vehicle and felt confident about my purchase. He stayed responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me taken care of—even following up with me regarding my loan documents. What stood out most was Morgan’s commitment to customer service. He didn’t just sell me a car; he made sure the entire experience was positive and that I left feeling supported. It’s rare to find someone this dedicated in sales, and I absolutely commend him for it. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Morgan Holt—you won’t regret it.

I won't go into details but we had a serious engine problem and we were worried the warranty wouldn't cover it and we would be out a vehicle. Jay was so curteous and his coworkers were fantastic! They promised they would follow up with us and not to worry and sure enough all my anxieties were relieved when they called me this morning Andy let me know that they fixed the issue and I have to say they have gained a customer for life. I can't express the gratitude I have for this business and how thoughtful and wonderful they are to work with.

I had Kaleb Lopez help me yesterday and he was absolutely amazing. We were in Colorado Springs for a funeral and needed a bigger car. He was more than accommodating to our schedule and helping us through the rough day. Very knowledgeable, personable, and worked hard to get us into a great car at a very good price. I would recommend him to all of my friends!

Heuberger Subaru review
Jack Boehm was the best salesman we ever worked with. He was honest, helpful, accommodating, attentive and even came in on his vacation day off to deliver our car. He was the only salesman including all the other dealerships that never tried to up sell us when we ordered an outback. He was truly amazing. Abbigail in finance was also fabulous to work with.

Toyota of Colorado Springs in Motor City review
Found my new Tacoma dead in the garage on Wednesday. Never a good situation. I called my dealership here, in Motor City. I called service department and they got me set up with AAA for a tow to the dealership. The battery failed and warranty covered it. Strather Shaw, helped me at the dealership from the start to the finish and having a ride come get me. Strather, helped through four or five calls and really helped me out with the anxiety of this issue. He even drove my truck to the front for my easy exit. A negative situation that was made so much easier. Thank you Strather!! Once again..

Toyota of Colorado Springs in Motor City review
Randy is the most amazing service tech on the planet! He is attentive and kind and makes sure I understand everything that is going on. He isn’t pushy nor does he talk down to me because I’m a woman (as many, many service techs have done!!). I just wish we still had our techs assigned to us so we don’t have to remember to specifically ask for them. It would be nice so we could set up our appt online. As it is I have to call and I have to remember to specifically ask for Randy or I won’t get him. I DO NOT like this change to the way the service department operates. But I also know the service department had nothing to do with this change.

I went in and was out in less then an hour. I had also received a report on what would need to be done for my car and very much appreciated it. I appreciate Steve?s assistance and the other service advisor?s help.

Urban Motors Blue review
This purchase from Urban Motors was my first sight unseen experience. Tyler was extremely patient answering all of my texts, of which there were many. I appreciated his willingness to work hard with a distant purchaser. The delivery truck arrived on time- thanks for making a stressful purchase work well!

The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. They are not a high pressure sales team so I did not feel rushed in to a decision at any point during my visit there. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely confident with them and the entire purchasing process.
