Miami Lakes Automall - Chevrolet Kia Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Mitsubishi review
I had an excellent experience with Miami Lakes Kia Service Center, thanks to Ethan Milan. I came in with battery issues, and although the cost was higher than I expected, Ethan took the time to explain the value behind the service and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding customer service and professionalism!

I was privileged that I was introduced to an auto advisor who assisted with shopping @ Auto Nation for my Toyota Cross LE. I like the marketing side of the dealership to have the vehicle for five days to test drive. I can recommend this dealership 💯. Hospital and marketing are exceptional working with agent Yusef. Thanks again.

AutoNation Chevrolet Doral review
I had an excellent car-buying experience thanks to Marcel and Dyan. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, honest, and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just genuine help in finding the right truck for me at a fair deal. They made what can usually be a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers, I highly recommend asking for Marcel and Dyan. Thank you both for making this such a great experience—I couldn't be happier with my new truck!

AutoNation Honda HollywoodReviews
AutoNation Honda Hollywood review
I cannot recommend the service department at AutoNation Honda Hollywood enough. My car has over 107,000 miles on it and broke down on the highway with a serious issue. I bypassed several closer shops specifically to get it to certified Honda experts, limping into the dealership without an appointment. Despite having no notice, the team took me in immediately and had the issue fully resolved in just a few hours. The staff was polite, courteous, and highly knowledgeable—taking the time to explain exactly what went wrong and how they were fixing it. If you are dealing with a real mechanical issue, don’t take chances elsewhere. Bring it to the pros here who genuinely know these vehicles inside and out. 5/5 stars!
