Alexandria ToyotaReviews
Alexandria Toyota review
This is the first time I buy a car from a Jack Taylor Toyota dealership, and I had the best experience. Ebo Grant was very professional, patient and thorough. I felt absolutely no pressure and he made sure I had everything, and it was set up before I left. I med was also very helpful in the finance department, and Mike the manager. My first Toyota and I loved handling the team at Jack Taylor in Alexandria first class. Thanks to everyone who helped me, I highly recommend them if you want to buy a car.

This dealership is superb! I like their warm welcome and made my deal with them a lot easier. The staff are all hands-on and easy to communicate with. They help me all the way from checking the vehicle up to the required documents needed, up until the release of my car. Even after the sales, I can still contact them whenever I need something about my car. Kudos to Josue and especially my agent, Tomasa for all the help! This delearship is top tier!

The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. I went in for a Oil change and tire rotation, Katie was my service advisor, she is very professional, helpful, and was very patient with me. I like her also because she was the only person that could get my Bluetooth back connected when it disconnected, due to an AT&T issue. After 4 other Honda employees looked at it, she was the only one that fixed the issue. She is a Great addition to your Service Department.

2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

AutoNation Honda Dulles review
Phenomenal Experience at AutoNation Honda Dulles!I just bought a Honda CR-V Hybrid L, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.They took their time explaining every single detail of the process, including the benefits, maintenance care, promotions, and all the incredible features of my new car. It was a true team effort—everyone was involved and genuinely cared. Special thanks to Mauricio, Hamid, and many others who made this seamless. They even personally moved the license plates from my old car to the new one without hesitation. The highlight was hitting the celebratory bell at the end while the whole dealership cheered for me! If you want top-tier customer service and an amazing car-buying experience, this is the place to go. They truly are the best!

Sheehy HondaReviews
Sheehy Honda review
I'd been shopping for a 2025 Ridgeline for several months and found exactly the color and trim package I wanted at Sheehy for a good price. Most dealerships hadn't marked down the 2025 models when the 2026 models came out, but Sheehy offered a good price AND gave me an additional military discount. On top of that, the salesman (Jay Santos) was top notch. He came in on his day off to work with me on a Sunday, and was very professional and knowledgable. Often, the car buying experience is tedious and unpleasant. But with Jay is was straight forward and efficient. When it comes time to do this again, I'll be looking at Sheehy first.

I have been going to service my car at Honda dealership. I have always gotten great service. Gabby is an awesome person, very professional and knowledgeable. She is very humble and good listener. Her smile makes even difficult situations feel better. She is very honest in what she does. I feel honored to have her serve me whenever I bring my car for service.

Fred's Executive Auto review
I was looking for a particular car and stumbled on Fred’s Auto Executive dealership. This dealership had a wide inventory of luxury vehicles. I was helped by Henry, who was very detailed and a great sales person. Purchasing the car was easy and thorough. In addition to this establishment, all of my additional concerns with my purchase were addressed and handled well by Logan. He was very professional and very responsive. Overall, I am happy that a found this diamond in the rough. I am a satisfied customer and I recommend this dealership to future consumers.

Ourisman HondaReviews
Ourisman Honda review
I have purchased two Hondas from Ourisman Bethesda over the past twenty years and have been very satisfied with my purchases. A key reason I keep coming back to Ourisman is John Thurston, Assistant Service Manager. John knows Honda cars, inside out. He fully understands when maintenance or repairs need to be done. More than that, he is very cost conscious, only recommending services that are required. Finally, he is friendly and courteous, always remembering his customers and their interests and concerns. I cannot recommend John and his service team more highly.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Fitzgerald Toyota Gaithersburg review
This review is specifically for Jessica Stagliano at Fitzgerald Toyota. She was GREAT. I ended up purchasing another vehicle, but she was the first (and one of the only) salespeople who could answer ever question about the car I test drove. She also provided MUCH more information than any of the male sales people I encountered. I am genuinely sorry I couldn't work with the car she had available.
