He turned out not to be a "typical car salesman" but a genuinely nice, warm, person, who makes you feel valued as a customer. Well worth the 4.5 hour drive.

2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Robert made no promises that he did not keep. Overall Honda has a lot better service when it comes to no gimmicks or changes to the price of their vehicles. Toyota will charge you over $200 for floor mats and will not take them out of the vehicle. At Honda floor mats included in the price (the way it should be) and each LX comes with the same equipment. Overall happy with our experience with Robert and Merced Honda.
