Pacific BMW review
I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

I had an amazing experience working with Mike in the finance department at Hyundai Santa Monica. He went above and beyond to help me with my plates and a trade-in, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, patience, and expertise were truly outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the best possible deal. If you’re looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Mike in finance! Thank you for your excellent service!”

Just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge how great Jon Brenner and Gustavo treated us on purchasing our first Jeep. They went above and beyond on finding exactly what we were looking for. The process was so smoothly and hassle free. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our family and friends.
