Chris does an outstanding job every time I visit. He is very accommodating and always aware of my needs and my time. Only place I service all my vehicles (3) and drive 30 minutes even though there are 2 Chevy dealers much closer.
2013 Honda Accord review
Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 10/10 Experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles! We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite AWD! The entire experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles was absolutely painless and easy—exactly what you want when buying a new vehicle. A huge shout-out to our representatives, Gabe H. and Deanna B. They were not only incredibly friendly, but their customer service was truly exceptional. They were actively listening to our needs and what we were looking for, finding positive and productive solutions every step of the way. Their attention to detail was fantastic; they were very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of everything. From start to finish, this was a perfect experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Gabe, Deanna, and McGrath Honda of St. Charles. You won't find better service!
2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

2023 Honda Accord review
Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

McGrath Honda of St. CharlesReviews
McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
McGrath Honda has been part of our family’s story since 2013, when we moved to the area with our 2011 Odyssey. Over the years, they’ve earned our trust, so when it was time to upgrade to a 2023 Odyssey, we didn’t think twice about returning. This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We’ll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They’ve earned our loyalty many times over.
2023 Honda Accord review
I test drove this car and loved it from the time I sat in it. I have back issues and this car accommodates me without issue. I have no complaints and I’ve gotten several compliments on it. It’s been a head turner and one of the better designs of the Honda Accord.

2016 Honda Accord review
I did some serious research and decided a Honda Accord Coupe built from 2015 to 2020 with the big V6 was a great car to buy used if I could find one with low enough mileage. I found one in Florida using Carvana that only had 29,600 miles on it. It helped that the car also has about all the neat accessories Honda put on 2016 high end Accords. The car is pretty and quick and comfortable. Three important boxes get checked out front. I love the car.

The best buying experience ever.No fake add ons, straight forward prices. If you plan on buying new car that’s the place to buy from!!!!
2015 Honda Accord review
Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

2014 Honda Accord review
This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Holly was very helpful in explaining the different vehicle features and options. We had not bought a vehicle in a very long time and she made the process less intimidating & less stressful. It was a pleasure working with her.

McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

2010 Honda Accord review
This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.
