I was skeptical at first, however Stewart kept at it, always professional and never pushy. He delivered and I am greatly enjoying my new Rav4 Hybrid. I was not happy with my dealings with Paddock. I went in to look at a specific car, was contacted to verify that morning if I was still coming in, and when I got there was told the car was already sold. I should have been contacted regarding this!
I dealt with Joe Maloney. Excellant quality service and a genuine desire to squire my business. I was coming off surgery and was unable to get into the dealership. We handled 95% via email. When I was able to drive we completed the process in 2 days. I am now driving my new Malibu and thanks to Joe could not be happier.

Excellent experience with every aspect of buying my new RAV4 at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island. The entire team (James, Jay, AI, etc.) took such great care of me.
They sat down and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay and made it happen. I had already been to a couple of other dealers and can tell you that the personal attention they give separates them from the rest.
This car is loaded with so many navigation features that it's a bit overwhelming! But they sat in the car with me and spent as much time as I needed to get it set up and walked through it all.
I was a 20+ year loyal West Herr customer and did not receive the type of treatment I would expect, but the team at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island went above and beyond!

My experience purchasing a vehicle through Pellegrino was exceptional. Between Sales, Service and the Staff up front everyone was kind, easy going and a pleasure to work with. I didn't feel pressured once and Brad went above and beyond my expectations through out the whole deal. I honestly don't think I have ever wrote a review my entire life, but I felt it was due here. I was in my new truck and out of my old one faster than I had imagined possible. Thanks Pellegrino for everything and keep up the great work !

We lived about an hour away from this dealer but we found a car we liked online. Joe Pellegrino responded to me right away and worked numbers over the phone so we new if the deal was worth driving to see. Joe got us an excellent bumper to bumper warranty and it still feel within our price range. We made the drive and we test drove the car. They put new tires and brakes on the car to ensure it was in tip top shape for our son. Car was detailed to the max, we were super happy. In and out with the test drive and paperwork under an hour. Car only came with one key, and Joe just overnighted us two replacements keys to our house no charge. I can not say enough about Joe and this dealership.
Used car priced higher than thew NADA range, missing a shift knob and with some structural rust with a engine bay that looked like it never saw any love... Service was great, but they wouldnt even consider negotiating against the absurd pricing they listed on the car, so no deal.
