Great buying experience, much better than other dealerships for buying a vehicle. They didn't force us to add an extended warranty or other typical dealership nonsense.

Great Experience – Honest, Professional, and Smooth Process” I bought my car at Precision Autos and had an amazing experience. Karen helped me from start to finish and was incredibly transparent, kind, and professional the whole time. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The car I got is used but in excellent condition, I got extended warranty that I can use with them or any certified facility which it gave me peace of mind. If you’re looking for a reliable used car and great customer service, I highly recommend Precision Autos. Ask for Karen — she’s the best!

Grubbs Volvo Cars GrapevineReviews
Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine review
Today I bought a pre-owned Volvo V40. Eric Glover took my call yesterday and sold us the car today. He's a good salesman and made our experience a very pleasant one. Like a lot of dealerships, Grubbs offers add-ons that run the price up. You come to the dealership with a sales price that escalates with extra fees. We wanted the car and Eric helped with getting us a fair deal.

I recently purchased a used Hyundai Elantra for my daughter from Precision Auto Sales and was happy with both the quality of the vehicle and the level of service provided. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, exactly as described. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and professional. The salesperson was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions professionaly. The dealership also made the paperwork and registration process efficient and hassle-free. I highly recommend Precision Auto Sales to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a good customer service.

Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine review
Tom Caufield was AMAZING! He helped me purchase a car for my mom who lives in Texas while I was in Virginia. He went above and beyond, taking the car for my mom to test drive, helping me through the loan process, and finally dropping the car off to my mom in spectacular condition. I dealt with about 7-10 dealerships prior to working with Tom and no other dealership was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my elderly mother was accommodated while I was hundreds of miles away. The whole process took about two weeks and the entire time he was nothing but patient and always available to answer all of my questions. My mom and I are beyond grateful for coming across Tom and his exceptional customer service. This is our go-to place from now on. Thanks again Tom!

Thanks to Solomon, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and Service Advisor Anthony for everything. Their dedication to the customer service is phenomenal. Solomon worked very diligently to make sure my deal got done. It was a miracle with all the challenges that came with it due to my credit situation but it took a village to make things happen. Also I would like to thank Marion for following up on me about the truck and services that came with it. I will highly recommend people to visit the store to get the utmost experience. Again thank you for everything El Dorado. You guys rock.

Park Place Lexus GrapevineReviews
Park Place Lexus Grapevine review
My sales associate, Brian Safianow , could not have been nicer. He was a great listener and quickly assessed my needs. Dealership manager, Gary Venner, was involved in the process. The entire process was painless, fun and Brian provided concierge level customer service. Additionally, the technology department came to my home to provide a thorough tutorial on the different features of the vehicle. I am very pleased with the car,its many features and that subliminal new car smell. Park Place Lexus Grapevine treats their customers like royalty! This is my third experience with them, and I highly recommend them for the personalized, professional and exceptional service that they provide.

CarMax TucsonReviews
CarMax Tucson review
armax sales people were wonder to work with. No pressure, just their desire to show you a car that you would be interested in. Our salesman showed us the car we wanted and after the test drive, choose to look for something else. He inquired to our desires and slowly narrowed down the types of vehicle we might likie based off of our comments. We went from a Dodge Charger to looking at luxury type cars. Very easy to work with.

Mercedes-Benz of GeorgetownReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown review
I have been purchasing vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown for almost eight years, and there is a reason I continue to come back. The level of service has consistently been impeccable from sales to financing and, most importantly, long after the purchase. I especially want to recognize Sarah in the Service Department. She is always professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. Having someone you trust when your vehicle needs service makes such a difference, and Sarah represents exactly the kind of customer care that has kept me loyal to Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown all these years. From buying the car to financing it to keeping it on the road, I have consistently had a wonderful experience. Eight years later, they continue to earn my business and my recommendation. Five stars!
