Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.
I started with Andrea in the Internet Sales Dept, she got back to me quickly and with a great price. I showed up and worked with Bill Rhodes(2nd time I have purchased a car from him). He is an excellent salesman and you should ask for him. Overall a great and straight forward experience.
I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.

I purchased a CR-V to replace a previously owned SUV which was totaled in a non-moving accident. The purchasing process was smooth and painless. The dealership has a very large selection and after test driving 4 different model years, I settled on 2015 model year. The rep, Dan Aristizabal, was friendly to work with and there were no hard sales tactics. Overall, a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe

They were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. They got me the car I wanted with the exact specs, and had it on their lot and ready to go in under a week, during a holiday period. The financial process was really tense, if not dark and shady. I walked in with my own approved credit from another bank, but they pushed for another application of their own finance department which I agreed to. To my surprise I was approved for a lower rate with but I did not know that till I refused to buy with th rate they quoted me and started walking out. I’m talking about them trying to get me on a 13.5% instead of 5.9% that I ended up buying the car with, and I only did because I really liked the car... one more thing don’t count one the free loaner most of the time, but they will arrange a shuttle service for you...
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
