I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from Folsom lake Honda and also had all 4 vehicles serviced here as well. Every visit my experience has been amazing. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car. This place is great, honestly if your looking for a car you need to go see them you won’t be disappointed.
After visiting a few different Honda dealerships in my area I was getting frustrated with the whole car shopping process. I came into Folsom lake Honda and immediately was helped. They had the car I wanted but more importantly the sales staff was amazing through the whole buying process. I really wish I would of just came here first I would of saved myself a lot of stress. Thanks again I’ll definitely be returning in the future.. And I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Folsom Lake Honda you won’t be disappointed!
Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and take care of even the little things that need being done. They give you a time frame for the work and meet it. If anything comes up they explain what was found and the options available to fix it.
It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
Well was on the market for a used car saw couple listing that caught my eyes. So I decided to check out this place. Got there it was small lot. There were a cars that I was looking at Low mileage and good price. Got there took my time looking at the car..yet nobody came to say hi how u doing can I help u..to me I didn’t know if that was a good thing or bad I mean I like not being hovered but would like the acknowledgement I’m looking for a car and if there’s anything that they help. I didn’t know who the actual employee of the dealership we’re..I end up deciding not to purchase but in some ways I feel that that was their downfall.
I brought my vehicle in for the repair to my sensor. Ron Stevenson in service was the person who greeted me at my appointment time. He was courteous and was very helpful...asked if I needed a shuttle home and gave me the senerio of what they would check on to fix the problem. This is the 3rd time I have brought my vehicle to Roseville VW. I trust them to do the job right and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Again they did not disappoint. Thanks to Ron and the crack staff this was a great experience. I highly recommend this business.
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
Sales rep Nathan Scott listened to what I wanted in a car, and showed a number of different models and options. This was a major purchase for me, one I had not made for a couple of decades. I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. I was happy with the service.
Rickie was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a thorough explanation of every feature of the vehicle which I really appreciated. He identified my needs and executed on helping me with the perfect vehicle. Every staff member I came in contact with were extremely helpful and accommodating.
I bought a car from Bentley dealer in Las Vegas few years ago. The customer service was great. Me and my wife received the same type of customer service here couple days ago when we bought a car for my wife. Everything was smooth. Daniel our sales rep and Craig the sales manager were both great. So was everyone else. Craig would find excuse after excuse to give us better deal after deal after deal and after deal. The only thing was left is to just give us the car for free.
I also love the fact that sales people are cool with eacother. Every other dealer we been to we found that it's a cut throat style between all the sales reps. Not here though. Other sales people would find an excuse to talk to us or ask us questions while our sales person was down on his knees making sure the car was shiny enough and cleaning every little thing on it.
While I am a Mercedes Guy. I will keep the new NSX in mind!
At first I was taken aback at the small location. But as I looked around further, I was impressed with the quality and variety of their vehicles. Mo and Nick were approachable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I’d definitely put them on your A list when shopping for a high quality vehicle.
Let me be very clear in this review I had gone to every dealership, Car lot, financing location and credit union desperately searching for someone to help me, a single dad just trying to get a vehicle to be able to pay the bills and safely transport my daughter to school, daycare, and to her mothers but I received every run around and scheme imaginable that would benefit the salesman not me the customer. That’s not customer service.
That was until I went to Auburn Honda! I was skeptical but the initial reassurance and comfort given by salesman Donovan Buttram was such a drastic change I knew something was different about them. Now my terrible credit had stopped me before from getting a car but not with this guy! He was positive he could get me a vehicle and a good one at that. A few hours and one test drive later him and his finance team got me onto a BRAND NEW 2017 Honda Civic LX. I drove off the lot with tears rolling down my face in utter disbelief.

There was a mark up but they were straight up with me since the very beginning no surprises like ive heard other dealers doing. I recently bought a new HRV from Auburn Honda. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I didn't feel any pressure from the staff at all. My salesman was Robert Hennum and he was really great, and patiently answered all of my questions. The facility is very nice, and the best thing was that once I made up my mind, the paperwork went really fast and I was driving my new car home within about an hour. These people are great at this dealership and I highly recommend them.
I actually have another Honda dealership much closer to my home, which I visited first. I was not happy with how that went. It was well worth going the extra distance to Auburn.
There is Not a lot of parking at this sale's area lot for people to stop in and conduct business. Sales people are real friendly.
