Terrific experience overall. Sales person was very helpful and easy going. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time on a used off-brand vehicle worth much less than most other vehicles on the lot. The Shawn from financing was great to find me a good financing . Five Star !!

Good acceleration and driving. Needs: the wider rear viper square, AWD instead of FWD. Disc CD player is absent. The GPS is not already works properly at 45 mph and more. Needs additional turn lights on side mirrors.

I reached out to James and he made the process easy. Two days from first message to driving away with my wife’s new car
2020 Honda Civic review
Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

Tom Wood HondaReviews
Tom Wood Honda review
I purchased my Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid from Tom Wood Honda- Anderson. Like many, I’m very busy, limited time and Justin Crenshaw listened to what I wanted, my time constraints and navigated me through the process- using links and online tools to keep me moving through the process. I appreciate him caring about where I was and what I needed to balance this transaction and my work schedule. I came all the way feom the south side of Indy to work with Tom Wood Honda. I knew the mdl and trim package I wanted but was having problems finding it in Indy. Justin had 1!! He allowed me to hold it with a deposit and I would be able to close on my next available time. Nikki was great as well and I really enjoyed the finance portion of my deal. She was knowledgeable, patient when I wanted to check the math :) etc!!! Awesome experience!
2020 Honda Civic review
I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

2020 Honda Civic review
I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!
