Always have a good experience at Tom Woods Service dept. Recently had routine maintained completed with Victor as my service rep and Kyle as my service tech. They keep my car in great running condition. Everyone is friendly as I wait for service to be completed. The waiting area is comfortable with a nice complimentary beverage area. I always know what service will need to be done and when to return.

Tom Wood HondaReviews
Tom Wood Honda review
I purchased my Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid from Tom Wood Honda- Anderson. Like many, I’m very busy, limited time and Justin Crenshaw listened to what I wanted, my time constraints and navigated me through the process- using links and online tools to keep me moving through the process. I appreciate him caring about where I was and what I needed to balance this transaction and my work schedule. I came all the way feom the south side of Indy to work with Tom Wood Honda. I knew the mdl and trim package I wanted but was having problems finding it in Indy. Justin had 1!! He allowed me to hold it with a deposit and I would be able to close on my next available time. Nikki was great as well and I really enjoyed the finance portion of my deal. She was knowledgeable, patient when I wanted to check the math :) etc!!! Awesome experience!

CarMax IndianapolisReviews
CarMax Indianapolis review
Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

Janae was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommended her to sales customers.
2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Chevrolet of Merrillville review
My husband and I drove to Merrillville from Hillsboro Missouri after I found the 2017 - gorgeous blue - C7 Corvette Online. I talked with Carlo - the New Car Sales Manager - and practically bought the car over texting. Carlo was awesome to work with. Answered all my questions in a timely manner and couldn't have been more Professional, accommodating and kind. After we arrived at the dealership, Anna was waiting outside to greet us – we worked with her on the paperwork and she was very professional, accommodating, kind and just a delight to work with. We also worked with Bill with the financing. He also was very professional, accommodating, and kind. We give the dealership six stars out of five. LOLOLOL

I found the perfect Porsche Cayenne at this dealership. Even though I had to fly to Cincinnati to pay for it and drive it back to Arkansas it was worth it. My sales person, Isaiah, was a pleasure to work with and the car is just wonderful!
