Buying a used car is like adopting a dog... you take a leap of faith and hope you don't end up regretting it. I'm totally satisfied with my Kia Sorento; in fact, the more I drive it, the more I love it. Dennis Cardinal was an awesome salesman, even came in on his day off. He knows his products well. My husband has a Kia, so we're a Kia family now!

This is a great car for commuting. Excellent gas mileage of 39+MPG on the highway (without traffic). You can't go wrong with the reliability and affordability of a Honda. Getting a safe car under $30K is becoming increasing difficult in 2023. I only wish it came in AWD! Are listening engineers. not everyone wants to drive a CR-V.

I love this car. Easy to drive and looks fantastic. The back seats are kind of cramped, but I love having a hatchback. I love the features. I don’t like the automatic braking that much because it turns on randomly and slows down in the middle of driving. My battery died once in the cold and I had to get a new one. Honda dealership service sucks a lot. The paint on the car is cheap and chips off randomly.

Hard to surpass the purchase experience we had. Sales team was professional and understanding of our needs.

I went into Russ Darrow looking to trade in my 2007 Chevrolet for something a little bit newer and something that handled the Wisconsin winters better. I wasn't really sure what to expect. My credit score isn't great and I knew the vehicle I was trading in wasn't worth more than a few thousand dollars. I had a feeling that I would be leaving disappointed. I could not have been more wrong. Annette and the whole staff did everything they could to help me out. They were able to get me into a 2017 Mitsubishi that I absolutely love. I am so thankful for everyone's help and I could not be happier.

I finally made my first big purchase of my first car, my budget was about 10 grand. Nick (the owner) had a nice selection of cars he showed me at my price range. I finally decided on a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport . It was previously in an accident that we saw and when we asked about it, he was a straight shooter and showed us pictures of the previous accident. I’m in love with my new car and I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.

My wife and I were ready to trade in our old Subaru for a new used one. Nick was great. He was honest about the accident the car was in and encouraged us to take it to our own mechanic before purchasing. Our mechanic was impressed at the restorative work that was done and gave us the green light to buy. It needed a new bulb, Nick fixed it right away, no problem and that is his usual attitude. It makes it easy to trust him because when you find a problem he doesn't say "too bad" or "that'll be another $600. To fix" it's just like "yep, let me look at that." I immediately took it on a road trip to Florida and it was fantastic. My wife love this experience so much she went back and bought a super cute Subaru Impreza. We have referred a few friends who are in the market for a new used car. Oh, and because it DOES matter A LOT to some of us, my wife and I (who are a gay couple) never felt unsafe or taken advantage of as women or treated any differently for being gay. Nick treated us as a friend and that is how we feel about him today.
