Great experience at the dealership. Micheal was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He helped me get into my Jeep Summit and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Micheal if you’re looking for a vehicle.

After visiting several dealerships over the past few months, I was pleasantly surprised with how calm and easy my experience was. Jacob was not pushy, down to earth, and fair. I’ve never had service here, yet, so I cannot speak to that portion but my sales experience was 5 stars. 🌟

My sales rep, Norman, was very professional, polite, provided direct answers to my questions, and not pushy. I had done my research and knew what the market value of their truck was , as well as the value of my trade, they matched my expectations in both areas. Very pleasant experience!
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Honda of Cleveland Heights review
One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!

My wife and I have had some bad experiences with buying cars in the past but our experience at Jay Honda was incredible. Not only did Tony Spitalieri and Rober Logan exceed our expectations but the rest of the Jay Honda team certainly earned our lifetime loyalty. We won’t shop anywhere else. And refer everyone we can to Jay Honda so that they can have the same great car buying experience we had. Keep up the great work.

Was hands down the smoothest process I’ve been through at any dealership and I’ve been to many. I worked with Michael Dorony as my sales consultant. Very nice, friendly, down to earth guy. From the second I walked in he greeted me with a smile. We took a test drive and was very helpful and thorough with showing me everything I needed to know. Got back and started gathering my info, plugging numbers. It’s rare to see anymore but a very honest upfront dealership. Not trying to scam you into a higher payment no manipulation etc. That is Very very hard to find. He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.
