My experience at Ocean Honda of Ventura was exceptional - mainly due to Brian “the hat guy” Andrews. Of the many people I have talked to in my car shopping journey, Brian provided the best customer service. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me figure out which vehicle best suited my needs. I was happy that we were able to make a deal on my CRV Hybrid. Shout out to Gabe Tamsing for making the paperwork easy to understand and completing . Thank you Brian and Gabe!

Five stars for FRAUDULENT sales This dealership utilized the old carbon copy method for my sales cobtract. I assumed their computer system was down. I am a handicapped senior citizen. After I looked later, over this sales receipt, I couldn’t read it. I asked for a better copy. I was charged $35K - an amount even more than a new cat instead of the used car that I had purchased. The original sticker price was $28,800. They don’t care. Go to the dealership in Oxnard.

CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Volvo Cars of Santa MonicaReviews
Volvo Cars of Santa Monica review
Exceptional Leasing Experience at Volvo of Santa Monica I just leased a Volvo XC90 Plus, T8 Plug-in Hybrid from Volvo of Santa Monica, and as someone with over 40 years of experience leasing and buying, I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle, Mr. David Afshar, the sales associate, promptly reached out with all the details about the car I was interested in. His professionalism and responsiveness made the initial steps of the process seamless and efficient. However, it was Mr. Armin Buholzer, the dealership manager, who truly elevated the experience. Armin went above and beyond to ensure I was matched with the perfect vehicle, providing expert guidance and a clear, transparent overview of my options. Not only was the car selection impeccable, but Armin also offered very aggressive pricing that was far below what I had been quoted by other dealerships, ensuring I received incredible value. Both Armin and David and the entire sales team were attentive, courteous, and focused on making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every step. I walked away with a fantastic deal on a beautiful car, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for exceptional service and VERY competitive pricing, I highly recommend Volvo of Santa Monica, and specifically Mr. Armin Buholzer and Mr. David Afshar. They truly make car leasing an enjoyable and professional experience.

Had an appointment to review my options about my KIA Optima. Was in a very tuff situation with over miles and my credit. Initially tried to get a KIA but ended up going to Volkswagen. Miguel and Isaac are a great team. The kept trying to find solutions for me. Yes I spent all day at the dealership but drove away in a brand new Jetta. Thank you for the hard work and dedication.

Acura of Los Angeles Westside review
We had the pleasure of meeting Rodrigo, an incredible salesman who was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful during our entire leasing process at Acura of Los Angeles. Rod answered all of our questions promptly and was very accommodating to our requests. He tried to provide the best deal for the multiple options we were considering. He was incredibly patient, going on test-drives and explaining the different car functions for us, knowing that it was our first time driving a ZDX and leasing a car in general. We couldn't be happier with our experience here thanks to Rod and the team at Acura of LA. Rod truly went above and beyond and we are very grateful for his assistance and expertise.

Hyundai Santa MonicaReviews
Hyundai Santa Monica review
Matt Sepahpur is a fantastic sales rep at the Santa Monica dealership - he is intelligent, honest, made the purchase easy, was able to tackle all queries my husband and I had, responsive and knowledgeable. After shopping around at various car dealerships in Santa Monica, it was a refreshing and unique experience at Hyundai. Matt played a critical role in making a decision to purchase a Hyundai vehicle. He is definitely a model employee!

2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.
