Austin and the gentleman that greeted me were awesome. I totally trust Austin which is really something for me to feel that way about a service department. I have been coming to the same service department since buying my Honda 11 years ago and every visit has been more like dealing with a friend than a business.

Leith Inc is the BEST DEALERSHIP IN ALL OF NC HANDS DOWN!!! I purchased an Acura MDX last month and the service that I received from Rodney Hamlet (Sales), Matt (Mgr) and Jay (F&I) was immaculate! At the same time, my niece purchased a vehicle as well. They even went out of their way to pick her up from Charlotte! I just want to say, “Thank you guys for all of your honesty and prompt attention to our needs!” So if there’s anyone in need for a vehicle or just want to add to their fleet, go and check these guys out immediately! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I've bought 2 new cars in 2 yrs from Lumberton Kia. We used the same salesman because he is amazing. All personnel was friendly and helpful. Every detail of the sale was explained in a way I understood. Every question I had was answered promptly. I was treated like family here. When I go in for servicing the know my name and offer free shuttle service. The waiting area feels like I'm at home. Great coffee awaits everyone too. No better place to buy a car from!

My Experience: I was very impressed with the no pressure sale and how smooth the transaction went all the way through the finance. My salesman was Braulio Rivera which I have bought 8 cars plus from another dealership. I WILL follow him anywhere he would go because of honestly, loyalty, and the way he listens to what I need and want. I was very impressed with Mr. Acosta and Mr Ric Harvatin in finance for the smooth ending. This dealership is very thorough on going over the car to make sure I understood how all features worked and made sure I was happy. Thank you to your whole staff Bryan Honda Fayetteville

Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

Needed a new vehicle after having an accident and my previous car being a total lost. These people and dealership went above and beyond to help me and ensure I left with the vehicle I WANTED. Not like some dealers that is what they think you should have or reccomend. James was awesome and cater all my needs and want both friendly and courteous. Also, Kevin McGirt aswesome guy and got me what I wanted. I came in there with an open previous car loan of my total lost car, bad credit due to my divorce and exhusband adding me as a co-signer to two vehicle he defaulted. They worked with my issues and barriers and got me approved! Awesome clerk at customer service Lynn Duck. She kept followinf up with me to ensure I was serviced by the Honda team! Thank you Honda!

Taylor Lynch made my wife me feel comfortable when searching for a good used Honda. He did not attack us like wolves do in the brand name dealerships . He was Honest, professional, knowledgeable about his profession. I would definitely recommend Taylor Lynch and the Carmax on Glenwood Ave. to all of my friends and family. I would recommend Carmax to anyone searching for a car. No hassles, no pressure, just good honest to goodness salemanship.

Mo Ndir and Christian were absolutely amazing! They worked hard to get me locked in and I am forever grateful!
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

The remote interaction with the Dealership was non-existent. I submitted my interest in a vehicle, along with my email, twice. I never heard back, but it was less than 24 hours later when I showed up unannounced at the Dealership and ended up buying the car. The in-person experience was fully10/10ths, excellent in all aspects. Very Pleased and properly handled from discussion to negotiations to finance. WELL DONE!
