I recently purchased my Honda Prologue, and I’m really happy with my experience! A special thanks to Keo, my sales representative, who played a big role in helping me make this decision. He was extremely supportive, motivating, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the car’s features, technology, and everything I needed to know, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. Keo did a great job answering my questions and helping me understand all the details without making the process overwhelming. His knowledge, positive attitude, and willingness to help made the entire buying experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re planning to buy a Honda, I highly recommend asking for Keo. He truly goes above and beyond to help his customers make the right decision. Thank you, Keo, for making my Honda Prologue purchase such a great experience!

Mitha was one of the very first service advisors I?ve encountered since recently moving back to Charlotte. Aside from her warm and welcoming energy, she?s a wealth of knowledge and is very professional. I was recently in on 10/9 for routine maintenance so I was troubled when I experienced car trouble following recent business travel. She assured me that the service technicians would quickly identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I must say, its professional service advisors and the kind service technician?s who took the time to not only explain the problem, and the resolution but she didn?t hold back on explaining the formality surrounding the extended warranty. I was able to zoom out, listen and respond accordingly ? ?I trust you!? She called me back as discussed and what I expected to take days or weeks was resolved in less than 72 hours. I want to thank Mitha and her team of professionals who helped me along with several other customers on a daily basis. Working in a customer-facing role I am all too familiar with hearing the bad feedback very little praise if any at all. I am delighted to share my experience and for this reason alone, I shall continue to do business with Hendrix Honda for many years to come!

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

Albemarle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I really enjoyed the family atmosphere and friendliness of the team. So glad they still had the vehicle I was looking at for a few days on Cars.com. Thank you Joey!

Tim Marburger HondaReviews
Tim Marburger Honda review
I went to Tim marburger Honda to trade my 2022 Honda HRV for a 2027 Honda HRV. The salesman. Jared was very informative and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend them to my family and friends.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.
