Got me the car I needed with a good monthly. Was very informative with any questions I had. They went far and beyond to make sure I understand my process. My second car purchases and it couldn’t be easier.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

This is the 3rd car we've bought from this dealership. Josh McKay has been great to work with. They have no haggle pricing, just a best price every time. I love that they carry reasonably priced cars because two of the ones we bought were for our teenagers. I would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent Volkswagen Service Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited the Volkswagen service center in Irving, Grapevine area, for my Volkswagen Tiguan regarding some warranty-related concerns. Initially, I wasn’t sure whether the repairs would be covered under warranty, but the service team thoroughly checked everything and explained the coverage clearly. I had an urgent need for the vehicle back within a short timeframe, and the team was extremely helpful in prioritizing my vehicle. They completed all the major required repairs, including several engine-related items, along with a complete cleaning and inspection. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, communication, teamwork, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire service was completed 100% under warranty with no out-of-pocket cost, which was a great experience. Thank you to the entire service team for your excellent support and teamwork! I’m 100% satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this Volkswagen service center to other Volkswagen owners. I’ll certainly be coming back here for my future service needs.

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving)Reviews
CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

Emanuel was very professional and helpful. I was very impressed with how he handled my experience at such a young age. This country needs more young people like Emanuel.

AutoSavvy Fort Worth review
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I kept expecting the usual car dealer runaround, but it never happened. All I received was personable professionalism from a friendly staff. The process was 100% customer focused. I am not exaggerating in the slightest. I can and will recommend it to anyone without hesitation. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had.
