Amazing service, have never had a smoother car buying experience. Larry was super friendly and helpful. He helped me get into a car that worked for me and I was definitely lucky to have him. Walked me through the entire process and explained in depth everything I needed to know and be completely aware of before making this big purchase. 100% recommend !

CarMax RiversideReviews
CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. We have been to quite a lot of dealerships in the past month and thus far our experience with Villa Ford has been the best.

10/10 I had a great experience at this dealership! My daughter got her first car, I traded in mine, and we both drove away happy. The process was smooth, and we got a great deal. Peter Muñoz and Mike Colocho were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout. I highly recommend this dealership for excellent service and a great car-buying experience. Thanks, Peter and Mike!

This recent visit to Sierra Honda has proved to provide excellent service as prior visits. Keven Eng is very patient in explaining what will be done to the car and the costs. He keeps me notified throughout the process of service. The entire Sierra team is helpful and professional.
2026 Honda Civic review
I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. I was between two CRV (one at another dealer) and with the way Bruce was communicating and working for me, I chose correctly. I absolutely love my car and this was the easiest process purchasing a car in my life.

Ocean Honda of Whittier review
I’ve been coming to this Honda dealer location since 2008. A long time, loyal customer. When I took my vehicle in this week for multi inspection oil change, I was provided friendly, attentive service and my car was given the attention it needed. Krystal, service advisor, provided me with a detailed, thorough report on my SUV (my Pilot is 21 years old and still runs great!) and gave me extra points to keep in mind as to the care to continue give my SUV over time to ensure it stays in great shape. The service is Five Star… I would have given a 5 star, but in learning the dealer no longer offers car wash service, it was a bit disappointing. As a customer, there’s nothing like that feeling of always loving to drive away with a clean car after the car has had work done. But nevertheless, Ocean Honda Service and advisors on board know their stuff with years of experience behind them. Thank you Service team.

Wonderful service and staff. Angel was my point of contact. Explained everything clearly and was transparent. Helped out with all my questions and made the process smooth. Worked with Kevin in finance. Super cool dude who loves to keep it light and help his customers. Would definitely purchase another vehicle here again. Thank you!

This is my third Civic and I believe it is the best one yet. The 2 Liter engine is smooth and powerful. The cabin noise is low and its handling very sporty. All the new safety features, like lane watch, blind spot warnings and rear back up camera really work well. The air conditioning is stronger too. A pleasure to drive. I recommend the hatch back.

Kenny was very helpful when I bought my car from Buena Park Honda. He was positive and friendly throughout the entire process and answered all of the questions I had. Thanks so much to Chase, Kenny, and Lorenzo for assisting me in making my first car purchase feel easy and seamless. I have been absolutely loving my new Honda.
