It was actually my husband who took my car for service. He was treated well, the mechanic was thorough and professional, and although it was a longer, more expensive experience than anticipated, those things seem to be typical and not actually faults of the service department. He appreciated being able to see Jim Raglow, who is our favorite sales person ever. This is why we refer froze de to your dealership - good people, good service, and kind treatment. Thanks!

Maureen our Service Advisor was so thorough and great to work with. Adrian did a great job on fixing the problems with our car. Both of them came highly recommended and they lived up to that recommendation. We are extremely pleased with the service we received.

Serra Mazda Brighton review
Serra Mazda in Brighton was the best shopping experience I have had with a dealership. Justice was a great salesperson. Having been in and around the retail automotive industry for over 30 years it was refreshing to see a young energetic honest salesperson do what he said he was going to do. The management was very friendly and efficient. Great place to buy a Mazda.

Pierce was friendly, professional and efficient in helping me get the new fuel pump exchanged. I had a limited amount of time and Pierce went above and beyond in talking with the mechanics to see if it was possible to finish the work in 3 hours instead of 4. I had an appointment that I had to make. The mechanic agreed and even better, they finished earlier than the deadline. I greatly appreciated Pierce intervening for me.
