Florida Fine Cars Miami review
I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jesse Marrero at Florida Fine Cars! From the moment I arrived, Jesse was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. He never made me feel pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood everything throughout the process. Jesse went above and beyond to make what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel easy and enjoyable. His customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt like he cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a salesman who is honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly puts his customers first, I highly recommend Jesse Marrero! He definitely deserves 5 stars, and I would absolutely work with him again. 🚗⭐️

Phenominoligistically excellent. My vehicle is defined by its use and that is practically excellent. One month in and no issues. Fair negotiation with a trade in.

Driver's Mart Sanford review
Overall good experience. Good selection of vehicles and no pressure. Able to test drive and compare and pricing is competitive. One thing you may want to do is have the car examined by a mechanic before purchasing; or have it done in the return window (which is 5 calendar days or 300 miles). Bringing my 2014 RAV4 into Tuffy Auto and as I heard a noise and turns out that the rotors are shot. New brake pads had been thrown in, however generally when new brakes are put in the rotors are changed and they were not. There was evidence there had been metal on metal and the rotor had a ridge, indicating wear. They also recommended brake fluid flush. The other service done on the vehicle was up to date and notes minor crash. I had to pay an extra $1,000 for the brake / rotor work and brake fluid flush. They would not chip in for any of it. Still feel like it is a good deal at this point. Cannot comment on trade in or finance, as I paid cash. They did try to recommend some service contracts, which I rejected; they were a lot of money.

I had a great experience working with Nathan Weekes at Drive Direct. He was very professional, patient, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Even though my credit score was only okay, Nathan worked hard to help me get a really good deal and made the financing process much easier than I expected. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable with the deal. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism he showed. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Nathan and Drive Direct to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I had a great experience working with Jesse T. and Adam B. while looking for a new vehicle. They were both incredibly helpful, communicative, and genuinely took the time to work with me to find a car that was the right fit. They were patient, never pressured me, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. As a mom, I really appreciated that they didn’t mind me having my kids with me throughout the process. They were kind, welcoming, and understanding, which made the experience that much better. I’m so grateful for how easy they made everything and would absolutely recommend Jesse and Adam to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

2013 Honda CR-V review
Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

Choice Auto ' N ' TruckReviews
Choice Auto ' N ' Truck review
I got a great car -- 2015 model year, almost completely unblemished, pretty unbelievable how good the condition was, actually. And the price was reasonable and fair without any haggling -- in fact, I wanted to close the deal as soon as possible because I thought it was almost too good to be true. They let me both test drive the car and come back the next day to take it to a mechanic for an inspection. The only thing that I did not like is that they have a 3-mile limit to how far they will let you take a car for an independent mechanic's inspection. I would have preferred is that they let me take the car to my own mechanic, but, alas, mine is 5-6 miles away. Nonetheless, I was able to find a mechanic that is just down the street from Choice Auto and he seemed to do a decent inspection job. End result, I got a great car at a very reasonable price. There are some friendly staff, but just know that the sales manager (owner?) is somewhat reserved. Just get past the fact that he's reserved and understand that the price is the price (no haggling) and I think you'll serve yourself well by getting a good deal on a great car. I will easily consider going here for our next vehicle.

Airport Marina HondaReviews
Airport Marina Honda review
I’d like to extend the highest commendation for Lyle Ota Service Manager, Airport Marina Honda. Lyle is to be commended for the excellent services and his leadership of a great team. I brought my Honda Accord into the Service Department around 8am Friday, April 11, 2023, and was given an approximate time of completion, and so it was, as discussed. The quality of these things are certainly exemplary of the quality of service that Airport Marina Honda demands. Thank you, Lyle, Thank you Airport Marina Honda. Additionally, I’d like to commend Service Advisor, Irawan Soegono, for his proficiency and excellence. He explained the issues and services very well, and to my satisfaction. He was gracious in escorting me to the Reception Desk, where I was assisted by Mary Neal, in order to sign up for the shuttle. Mary Neal and shuttle driver, Gabriel are commended highly for their efficiency and professionalism. I am so appreciative for Airport Marina Honda and for all of the great services that were provided. To that end, I will continue to refer folk from my network to Airport Marina, whenever the needs arise. With warmest appreciation and gratitude, Bettie Jo

Auto Class DirectReviews
Auto Class Direct review
Buying a car from out of state can be stressful, but this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. From the very beginning, Jennifer was outstanding. She helped put the entire deal together, answered my questions, and made the process smooth and straightforward. Marty and Jenny in finance were equally great to work with and made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. What impressed me most was that they did the entire deal over the phone, exactly as promised. There were no surprises when I arrived. In fact, the car was in even better condition than they described. It was clean, well-maintained, and obviously cared for. They even went above and beyond by helping return my rental car, which made the trip much easier and saved me a lot of hassle. In today's world, it's rare to find a dealership that delivers exactly what they promise, but this team did just that. I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone, especially out-of-state buyers looking for an honest, hassle-free experience. Thank you, Jennifer, Marty, and Jenny, for making this such a great experience! 🚗👏

2013 Honda CR-V review
I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

Tom's Auto SalesReviews
Tom's Auto Sales review
Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. This my first online vehicle purchase and it went smoothly. I would buy from them again. We had the car picked up and trailered to us. This whole process went extremely well. The owner actually came in on a Saturday to ensure the process went well, and it did.

2013 Honda CR-V review
Great car. One small problem with a sticking relay that had to be repaired by the dealer. Replaced the hands free microphone myself, easy peasy. I glad I bought this car and would buy it again.
